Full size washer and dryer, dishwasher and stove. 2 bedrooms, living and dining with table and chairs plus chairs outside to sit on the balcony. We have been staying here since 2015 and ALWAYS have been treated extremely well. Ice maker didn't work and this wonderful staff exchanged the entire refrigerator for us. Can't say enough about them; will be staying at Madison house in September. Thank you all for making our vacation always a awesome experience!

Reviewed By petersT6191INThe room was good clean ac worked well paking lot was always full but we were able to park on the street. My biggest complaint was they closed the lobby/office and didn't have anything on the door to explain check in I walked around the hotel until I found a maintenance guy who told me I needed to walk to the manor to check in when checking in at the manor their was like 4 people at the check in desk why not send 1 down to run the court... when I suggested hanging a sign on the door at the court the dude just shrugged like it was too much to ask of him... also got charged 50.00 for insedetals in case I used any amenities at the manor even though I wasn't staying in that hotel not sure why that is a thing. Also because the ice machine is in the locked lobby of the court thier was no ice unless you wanted to walk to the manor and get it. No coffee either. The housekeeping dose not come make up the room daily we ran out of toilet paper so we bought a four pack from cvs I wouldn't rule the place out to stay again but hopefully they figure out thier staffing and run the place a little better.

Things were going well until this morning when I went to use the bathroom and was in in the middle of doing my business when the people from the room above us flushed their toilet. Let’s just say chaos ensued. All of a sudden, it was raining toilet water down on me. Disgusting!!!! I went to the office to notify management of the situation and they completely brushed it off. The said “it should have been fixed” and said I was “being irate” by complaining. There was literally poo water that rained down on me!!! So gross! No apologies or offers to remedy the situation. Completely unacceptable! If I could give zero stars, I would.

Here at Crystal Sands we provide 3 different room types: King Room w/ microwave and mini refrigerator, Double Bed w/ microwave and mini refrigerator, and also our large Family Efficiency rooms w/ 2 beds, sofa bed, dining room table, kitchenette area with stove top, microwave, and large refrigerator. Friendly front desk staff. Only downfall was the shower-head! The shower water turned into one stream that kind of pelted your head. Otherwise, great place that was a block away from the boardwalk.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL
Reviewed By michelledF8870HCI need to give this review of the Eden Roc Hotel. DO NOT BOOK HERE! I had to go to the office 3 times in one day. Thank goodness it was only a one night stay. First off the room door was "tricky" and there's a "certain way" you have to turn the door handle and push to get the door open. ? NEXT, I had to stop in the office again to let them know a lamp wasn't working and neither was the TV. (Both were working when we returned to the room later). After we arrived back to the room at 9:45 pm, I discovered the worst yet! I pulled the top blanket back and there was a towel lying on the bed, I carefully lifted up the towel and I could plainly see a huge spot of dried BODILY FLUIDS. I was so disgusted at this point. I went to the office for the 3rd time and I couldn't tell if the guy at the desk was so grossed out by what I was telling him about the bed sheets or if he was totally annoyed with me. I got a clean set of sheets, I just put them on myself! Ugh, that place is AWFUL. The internet wouldn't connect, sand on the floor and the air conditioning unit sounded like a freight train in the room. The only thing done to that room between the last guests and us was TOWELS REPLACED. I've been coming to OC for over 25 years and have stayed at least 15 different places, this place is #1 for DISGUSTING, BEYOND DISGUSTING. The mattress was terrible too, the springs were totally shot. I wonder who the owners are of some of these places down there??? This owner is definitely a SLUM LORD.

Having a restaurant connected to the hotel was a bonus. The food was delicious. The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean. Would definitely stay at The Spinnaker again.

Welcome to the Barefoot Mailman Motel. Our ideal oceanside location is conveniently located just 5 blocks from the Convention Center and eight blocks from Ocean City's famous boardwalk. Our rooms are clean and inviting, and the staff is warm and friendly. We are pet friendly.

You are Close to all of the fun and the beach. The pool is relaxing. there is always easy parking. You are also right by a bus stop to utilize public transportation for those fun travels without ride share fees. You will not regret staying here I did not and I will keep booking for years to come.
