The Downtowner consist of 3 buildings and 88 renovated rooms: Main Buidling (newly renovated Fairway rooms), The Wylde (adjacent from the main building), and The Clubhouse (located across the street from the main building). Modern guest facilities; centrally located in the downtown area. We have a 6-hole mini golf course in our courtyard for our guests to enjoy. Our Fairway rooms have been totally renovated (2019)

Second Excellent Visit!
Reviewed By Valedc03lsMy first visit to this Motel was in February of 2020, and I wanted to give a review. So, this review will focus on my second visit to this hotel, which was in February 2022. Granted, the area around hotel may seem sketchy with homeless folks. However, the hotel has no control over this. Despite the airline noise coming from McCarran International Airport, my friends and I were able to sleep well. The room was done well. The check-in staff was friendly. I would recommend Motel 6 here as a great alternative to the hotels on the Strip due to not having an outrageous resort fee, deposit fee, or breakage fee.

There were fleas in our hotel room, the tv never worked, the WiFi always cut out every hour, and the phones for the rooms didn’t work. Absolutely unprofessional service from start to finish….

Reviewed By es1004The hotel was on Boulder highway and that’s known for crime. The area around the hotel looked really dangerous and I felt so unsafe with all the people walking around. I wouldn’t stay here again. The room itself was fine and I had no issues checking in. I just couldn’t wait to check out and leave that area

Reviewed By georgiadare76Not the best location. Rock hard beds and pillows, very limited towels and Toiletries full size bed, cold room very thin bedding. Many of the electrical not working. Drunks at 2 am trying to enter then we were called by front desk at 3 am asking our name that we were given wrong room. Room service listed, but lobby restaurant said cannot bring to room. Only positive about this place was no line to check in.

Because of their strict ridiculous policy I was left without a hotel room arriving to Vegas after 9 pm because they were close . Talking to the manager, hotels.com who I booked with did not help at all. Avoid this place as a plaque.
