Super cute retro hotel

The owners were very kind and pleasant about us arriving at 1 am and let us sleep in the following morning which we appreciated so much! The hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious with so many adorable retro touches (green bathroom tiles! Great hotel sign!). Furniture is new and in pristine condition though feels retro . Shower pressure is amazing! We had a blissful sleep in this super-quiet hotel. Note that you must book online. We will definitely stay here again!

Reviewed By Nicole CManagement is horrible, the rooms are disgusting they stated kid friendly but charged me $20. I was there 5 minutes because I was so disgusted and they refused to refund me my money. $150 for one night in the disgusting place is ridiculous.

Horrible Experience - Do not Recommend
Reviewed By Julie CWe stayed for the 4th of July weekend. The party that rented 16 rooms was drunk, fighting, slamming doors all night long. When I advised the woman at the desk I was told 'I am not saying anything to them they rented 16 rooms. You should expect this during a holiday. You shouldn't give us a bad review because you didn't call us during the middle of the night. We could have moved you in the middle of the night.' She made us feel like we were the problem. The 16 room individuals blocked other cars in their spots to the point other guests were knocking on doors trying to find the vehicle owners in order to leave.

Reviewed By Footprints778515Booked though Priceline 8 WEEKS before arrival date at a decent price. 10 days before arrival I start getting emails saying that my reservation will be cancelled in 24 hrs because my credit card could not be processed. I called- Priceline and my credit card company and neither of them found an issue. I was told to call the Hotel....which when you try and call you either get a perpetual busy signal or a recording that says leave a message and they will call you back ( WHICH THEY NEVER DO ). Priceline even tried to call the hotel while I was on the phone but couldn't get through either. I re-submitted the card info 3 different days through the website but kept on getting the same email telling me I had card issues. This happened for several days before my reservation was finally cancelled. I would like to ad that there was a very large event happening in the area and the closest hotel that you could find that was not charging 5 times the amount I booked for was 20 miles away and you had to stay a minimum of 2 nights. This Hotel obviously realized that they could get more money for my room and fabricated the "credit card was declined" story. Very strange that my booking got cancelled 10 days before my arrival and not when it was originally booked. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to look on the hotel website at the comments left by past patrons to see that most of them are dated 10-14 years ago! and that they are all good. This Hotel has UNSCRUPULOUS business practices!! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!

Reviewed By JillywormWe stayed here for a concert and got in at 10pm. The first night we had no working toilet because the entire system backed up and the whole property was down. The owner supposedly couldn't get anyone out at 10pm so we had them in and out of the room for a few hours..but wait it gets worse!! The room next door had a bunch of sketchy folks in and out all night and in the morning they were all out front because their room got flooded. Needless to say in the garbage at the front door were a bunch of NEEDLES! They finally got the plumbing system working after noon . This place is very outdated and in desperate need of better management!

DONT DO IT!
Reviewed By Tattooedchick661 star is the lowest I could go. But I'd go -100 if possible. First off, they charged me a deposit for our service dogs and that's a no-no! Upon entering the room it was absolutely DISGUSTING, DIRTY and SCARY! We requested a broom and mop and bought cleaning supplies just to make ourselves feel a LITTLE BETTER! But, the good feeling didn't last long at all. Pulled o mini-fridge to sweep under it, and a clan of roaches skittered out. I ended up killing them for hours. They were everywhere! All shapes and sizes! I have lived in Florida long enough to expect 1 or 2,but there were literally more than the followers of Scientology for God's sake... Im def not a bug girl. Well that's sad because soon here comes the ONSLAUGHT of bedbugs. EVERYWHERE! Myself, my fiance, and our traveling partner stood vigil over our 2 kids and 2 dogs for the entire night, which was quite unfortunate as all we wanted was sleep! Hahaha what a laugh. We were too busy making sure that the kids and dogs were not bitten. At first light we went to the manager and demanded a full refund, which, by the way was $90... It's not like this dump is appropriately priced. It was actually higher than some of the other ones in the area. Mgr said no refunds! She only conceded when our companion actually got his lawyer on the phone. Then the guy that gave us the broom said if y'all want your money back you need to get out in 5 minutes. Well let me tell you, all 5 of us threw our belongings (that we had deemed necessary and not already put in the car to keep the bugs away!) Into the car faster than fast and got the HELL OUT OF DODGE! DO NOT STAY HERE EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE! Sleep in your car or even in the bushes lol, you'll be safer and much better off!

Stained sheets.....old stained towels.....stained walls.... I could keep going...... Plenty of places to stay in Daytona however stay away from this one!!
