Reviewed By kitlaimaggiecComfortable room for family of 3. There are 2 things I specially like for this hotel: The first one is their bath amenities of soap, shampoo & conditioners. Believe they use one of the local brands with natural flavors and ingredients, able to buy from hotel if you like. The 2nd point is their breakfast. A semi-buffet with a choice of main breakfast (out of 5-6 choices). You will able to eat steak, pork chop, chicken in the morning. What an amazing when I saw the menu. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking spot also available when you rent a car in TaiChung.

Reviewed By ChopstickTravelEverything from booking to check in was very smooth. Staff are extremely professional and explain all facilities. Water purifiers on every 2nd floor are greatly appreciated (reducing plastic water bottles) as well as the water jug in each room which keeps water temperature cold or hot for hours. Coin laundry available, wifi is fast, everything is tastefully decorated and rooms are immaculate. We will be staying here on all future visits.

Having searched hotel for a week, we choice this one as our stay in Kenting area. 1 both their outlooks and Interior decor are our cup of tea, the room is big, smart design with a very nice jacuzzi on the secluded balcony, having a soak in Jacuzzi before sleeping would make you sleep well. 2. Although the hotel is not near the beach and some attractions in Kenting, we found it very easy to hire scooters to reach the place, In other words, living in Kenting is the most convenient if you can't drive. Actually, hengchun old town is still a nice for explore one or two day by foot. 3 there is a supermarket and convenient shop nearby. 4 their customer service was excellent, most of the staff could solve our problem during our stay. One of the staff name Luna in especially, she assisted us to solved our matter very fast and politely.

Reviewed By BrianC1969Hotel is right in front of beach, 5 min walk to a free public parking, 2 min walk to the only 7-11 in the area. Very friendly and helpful staff, big room and nice balcony with a jacuzzi. Tips: probably get a better deal if contact hotel directly.

Good Location, Boutique Hostel Vibe
Reviewed By larry437More of a boutique hostel experience.Top floor of a commercial/office building. Common area with view looking north up Dunhua Road and Taipei Arena. Can hang out in common area, drink tea (filtered cold/warm/hot water dispenser), and eat prepared food from the options in the area, including the ubiquitous convenience stores, and traditional market with upstairs food court at the SE corner opposite of the Taipei City Arts Promotion building. Was visiting family, and stayed four nights in a clean and basic room with a queen bed, private bathroom, and a view overlooking the Taipei Arena complex. I would have gone for a run at the public track right across the street, but was recovering from a cold. Was able to check-in at late w/o problem as flight was late. Things to note: No food in hotel itself. Not all rooms have a window. If come or leave during the evening, you will share the elevator with people perfumed with beer and cigarettes, as the building has a bar and hostess club.

Club offers cakes, coffee and drinks 10 to 10 free of charge, fruit basket, dumplings and sweet soup at arrival, great reception staff. The bad Stayed at 1106, beds too soft poor sleep, outside toilet dirty, houseKeeping staff needs to be greating guests in the morning! Rest is all good. Will visit again.

Reviewed By camillam0denaThis is a wonderful and homely hostel tucked away in Taipei. Super clean and comfortable, it's easy to see why so many people choose to stay there for a long time. Location is in a quieter part of the city with the night market nearby, easy access to metro. It was a wonderful place to start and finish our time in Taiwan, not to mention the owner Dave is a really nice guy and works so hard to make sure everyone has a good time. Will definitely be back :)
