Comfortable and Convenient
Reviewed By Travelling_AxeThis Albergue is located in the centre of Vall de Boi, in the small village of Barruera. It's right on the main highway that runs through Vall de Boi, but it's quite quiet, as there is limited traffic through the area. The village has a few restaurants, all within a couple of blocks. Parking is readily available on the street. There is also a small Romanesque church in the village (the church is only open in the mornings). This location is ideal for day trips by car to see the other villages and churches in Vall de Boi. They have a couple of buildings. Ours was across the street from the office. We had a room with a small balcony overlooking the main street. The room was comfortable, though a bit small and rustic. There was only 1 power outlet, and it was situated behind one of the pillows on the bed. So, this made it impossible to use at night. The balcony was above the area where people smoked, so fumes were an issue. Some of the villages in the Vall de Boi are quainter and more walkable.

small and cosy refuge located at 2015mts in the national park of aiguestortes and sant maurici lake in the pirenees. surrounded by black pine forests, meadows , mountains and wonderful landscape. peaceful place. perfect to walk, rockclimb, mountanin bike, bird watching.perfect for families.we offer meals and bar service. place for 23 persons. hot shower. wood heat.good energy

Amazing, all that can be asked for in a ski trip
Reviewed By franciscojosea902Nice room at the attic, quite warm even when temperatures outside were freezing. Free wifi, strong enough for browsing internet and emails. Really clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Breakfast and dinner were superb, both in quality and quantity. Staff were really helpful in everything. The hotel is quite conveniently located 200 m away from the access to the ski resort, and there is even a van making a round trip all day. A perfect hotel if you are looking for rest after skiing at Baqueira.

Casa Parranxo is in the town of Senterada and offers a common lounge with a fireplace and rooms with views of the mountains. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. This country house features stone walls, a dining area and a tour desk. Also a lovely chillout patio with bar service and barbacue food. The rooms have plenty of natural light, heating, wardrobe and TV. They also include a private bathroom with shower, bed linen and towels. The town of La Pobla de Segur is 10 km away, and Vall de Boí is a 45-minute drive away and the Espot Valley is an hour's drive away. We speak your language!

Motorbike trip
Reviewed By dealkeithWe stayed here for one night during motorbike holiday the rooms were adequate clean but not great the staff were helpful and garaged our motorbikes for us our room had lovely views over river food was ok but not great but overall for money not bad

A Hidden Gem
Reviewed By Tom DWe booked two nights here to celebrate my father's 70th birthday. He loves the mountains so this was the perfect place for him as Bruguera is a small village about 15 mins drive from Ribes. As that suggests, you will need a car to get here but that is pretty standard when you're traveling in the mountainous regions. This hostal is reasonably-priced and each room has its own bathroom en suite. Everything was clean and tidy when we visited and the friendly service was very prompt. Meals are not included but can be purchased (€7 breakfast/€17 three course dinner). Worth it as the nearest shops are in Ribes! Breakfast was comprised of bread with a selection of marmalades, cold meats and cheese accompanied by coffee. Dinners offered a selection of soups and grilled meats typical to the area. If you're exploring this region I would highly recommend Hostal Moliné as many walks originate or pass through there and the scenery is simply stunning. Remember that you are in the mountains so you will see insects and the wifi will cut out frequently but that is all part of the rustic charm! Leave your phone in your bag for a couple of days and relax! Many thanks for a wonderful visit!

Reviewed By Insta_TalyWe came to work for a week in Salardú and after the first time we came in for breakfast we kept coming back several times a day, every day to eat, drink, relax in the sun. The place has great atmosphere and the food is absolutely delicious!! They have live music during the weekend in the garden which is a real treat. But the best, is the staff and the service. Impeccable! Very very recommended!!
