Great location, caring Staff
Reviewed By Charles GGreat place to stay. A group of guys I ride motorcycles with go to Wooster and stay here multiple times per year. Not just the good roads in this area, this hotel is in a great location near a lot of great restaurants and the staff treats us like kings.

Perfect place for graduation weekend

The property was lovely and the hosts could not have been more accommodating! The breakfasts were amazing and we ordered take out and could eat on the property for the rest of the meals. There is a lovely coffee and small kitchen area available with all we needed for in between meal beverages and for eating the take out. And the house itself was beautiful! Overall, a fantastic place to stay for the weekend.

Reviewed By fishjccWe should have took more time to look at other places. Since it located across the street from ATI, we just checked in and said whatever. The front desk manager, he wasn't very friendly and not efficient. It took about 10 minutes to check in. I said I have AAA for a discount and he took off $2.00. Normally AAA discount is 10%. The room was clean but not comfortable. The bed had dips in the mattress and the only chair to relax was not comfortable either. We won't stay here again. The stay doesn't come with breakfast. They offer breakfast for $11.95. The morning staff was Grumpy. You can tell it's just a job and hospitality is not in the job description. (My wife is in hospitality as a meeting planner). People in the pool were all in street clothes the night we checked in and the pool area was dirty in the morning so we didn't stay to swim. Just shop around before staying here.

The worst I've EVER seen (and smelled)!
Reviewed By W5365NDjhWe drove in 7 hours from NJ for my best friend's funeral. The room was absolutely filthy, and had a very strong, pungent, nasty odor throughout. The carpet was stained and dirty, and there was old food and garbage on the carpet. The bedspread had holes in it from cigarette burns. The bathroom was not clean by any standard whatsoever. The room was not suitable for occupancy, and we consequently checked out and stayed at a very nice Holiday Inn in Wooster. My husband called and asked for a refund since we did not stay in the room. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful, and would not hear of issuing a refund.

Nice hotel, shower design not the best
Reviewed By L5882ZSjennifermRooms were clean and very roomy. Front desk staff was friendly. Good variety of options for breakfast. Shower only had a place to hold a bar of soap. Nowhere to put shampoo, body wash, etc except for the floor. Also could not reach towel from inside the shower due to the way the glass doors open.

Reviewed By lori_vintonThis is a gorgeous hotel in a renovated historic building. Everything about our stay was first class. I especially appreciated how careful they were with covid protocols. The City Square restaurant catty corner from the hotel had a delicious steak dinner that we got as carry out, and the hotel provided us with steak knives. It’s a little pricey, but worth it.

Reviewed By clantzerThis motel is a dump. I expected better than big burn holes in the bedspread, and I do mean big, the blow dryer was hanging out of the wall by the wires, walls had a hole in them and patched in another place, room needed painted, someone had painted one wall awhile back and the red paint was on the laminate floor, not just little drops but a big smear of it. We will never stay there again. The one nice thing I do have to say about this Econo Lodge is the staff was nice.
