Reviewed By Jeremy AStayed here for 1 night and it pretty darn good! We showed up late about 10:30pm and got checked in right away. I requested a corner room and to my surprise one was available for me. Hotel was super clean and the hallways were bitter cold. The bed was a little firm for my liking, but the room was super clean! I would def stay here again. It's about 20 minutes north of downtown Cincinnati. A lot of places to dine out as well within just a few minutes drive.

Reviewed By bkm2thomasThe good: Staff very friendly, Felicia at the front desk assured us a late check in and there was no problem on arrival. the breakfast was good. The Western Omelet was very tasty and always love the waffles! They also had biscuits and gravy, toast, cereal, different meat every day. The bad: our first room there was a dirty spot (or stain, not sure which) on the comforter of one of the beds. The floor was obviously not vacuumed as evidenced by the raisin on the floor between the beds. Felicia at the front desk was very nice and apologetic and switched us to a different room very quickly. The second room looked much better and it was not until the second night that we discovered there was old blood stain on the bottom underside of the pillow. Since none of us had any blood on our night shirts and no dried blood in our nose we can only assume it was there from someone else? Not sure. The toilet also did not flush properly on the second morning. We did not report it to be fixed since we were checking out. Will not be back.

Not the Friendliest/ very disappointed
Reviewed By alishabumgarnerMy husband and I came in late and our digital card didn't work. The staff was not friendly and we waited an hour to get a toothbrush. The bed was not comfortable at all. We had to call twice and each time the last was not friendly at all.

Just 1 employee doing everything! - Refrigerator in room did not work. - Pillows are too soft. - Room is average - way overpriced for what it offers. - Property seems old. - Free coffee at the lobby but was not being refilled. No proper breakfast service. Marriott is really cutting corners in customer service. Apparently do not offer cleaning service unless you stay for more than 5 days. Would not recommend this place. However, surrounding area is fairly upscale.

Shady! Left stranded in the middle of the night!
Reviewed By 91dawnlMy family and I arrived for our confirmed reservation at 12:45am. We noted on the comments section it would be an after midnight arrival. Upon arrival, a man name Jake was standing outside the entrance smoking a cigarette. He informed us there were no rooms left. We explained we had a confirmed reservation and a child in the car. He recommended we go to another quality inn 12 miles down the road. I was visibly upset, and his comment was “Don’t arrive late next time.” Really? He never apologized for giving up our room, and he never offered to make arrangements for us to get a sister property at the same rate for his mistake. The place looked like a dump and shady. It turned out to be a blessing because the comfort suites at the next exit was lovely. I’m sure all the positive reviews are fake.

He kwd in for my room the coffee machine was dirty- no one informed me that there is no room service unless I ask so I stayed 4 days with no cleaning_ no change of towels_ no replenishment of coffee. Some of the receptionists are just workers and will not try to help if u need assistance with the location (I m not from cinci). The breakfast is just OK. But good internet at least. If I come again to cinci will find something else

Reviewed By 533lanaaWe had a larger than average room as we had arranged for 3 of us to share a room. An indoor pool was noted, but it was closed the three days we were there. Only glitch was a male employee who quite vocally spewed his political views in the lobby as our entire group was waiting to load the bus. Perhaps these views are popular in this part of the state, but certainly not universal. Quite off-putting.

Disappointing in nearly every way
Reviewed By TeamPidgePros: Location close to highway and restaurants, window shades make room very dark. Cons: Abysmal customer service, cleanliness and maintenance issues. Note: I had booked a stay at a nearby Holiday Inn property on Liberty Field Drive- two days before arriving, I was called and informed the hotel was experiencing "mechanical issues" and my reservation had been transferred to this one instead. Upon arrival, I met two front desk employees, one only slightly less friendly disinterested than the other. When I asked to confirm my transferred reservation was still a points stay, I was rudely told no and that I would have to call IHG to cancel and re-book the reservation. When I politely said this was not acceptable, the man (the worse of the duo) became very aggravated and exasperated by the idea of having to straighten out the issue (as if it was my fault the hotel had been burdened with my redirected reservation). At least he seems to have done his job, as the credit card I gave for incidentals was not charged for a stay. Too bad he (and his female counterpart) made the experience so unpleasant. My room, while nice on the surface, left a lot to be desired. Between the bed and night table was a plastic wristband left behind by the previous occupant, and not picked up by housekeeping. On top of the night table was a non-functioning alarm clock- the plastic smashed and the screen missing. The pull-out sofa had torn fabric; the window shade had holes. When I opened the closet door, I found another reminder of a previous occupant- a bath towel hung from a hanger. Neither housekeeping or maintenance was obviously paying much attention. This was the worst kind of stay- the staff didn't make me feel bringing attention to these issues would be comfortable and productive, so I was forced to contact IHG for a resolution (TBD). This is the kind of experience that makes me wonder if anyone in corporate is truly paying attention, and if I should take my business elsewhere.

Reviewed By sendmehomeWe stayed in a 1 bedroom suite that was perfect. The room was clean, had dishes, cups, bowls, etc. There is a stove top and microwave. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature was easy to regulate. There was adequate sating with an actual comfy couch, desk, chairs to t the kitchen bar and even a lounge chair in the bedroom. It looks like this hotel has just been renovated as the hallway carpet was spotless. The rooms have windows that actually open with screens. they also have an outdoor fire pit. The hotel breakfast is what you would expect, adequate. We here on a Sunday, so could not enjoy the evening happy hour. Only interacted with front desk staff, but she was friendly. I did see a restaurant across the street but not a lot around. However it is a few miles to great shopping and 10 minutes to the Prime Outlets. Very convenient just off 75. I would certainly stay here again.
