Great Stay
Reviewed By Missy hI've stayed at this hotel for several years and there has always been some sort of incident or the other. With the manager at the centre of it. She had no inkling of customer care and how she's in the hospitality business has always been a mystery to me. I haven't been in two years because of Covid. This April, I was finally able to pay a visit. To my delight, the manager has been replaced with a new manager named Brittany. She was fantastic! Very considerate and attentive to customer needs. TT the previous manager, was far from it. Brittany provides a breath of fresh air, which is just what this hotel requires. I had a wonderful stay and all of my demands were met. I'm looking forward to going back next year.

Reviewed By kjr846337All the reviews say online that it’s was clean and sanitary. However , we had blood all over the two beds . When we reported this nothing was done. The staff there were rude and did not believe us . When checking out because of how disgusting this hotel was we were giving attitude. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone .

Reviewed By MrsBev67We were totally disappointed with this hotel as well as the service. Checked in last night and received a room with 2 beds when clearly I reserved a king. The operations manager tells me there are none available. What he meant is he wasnt opening up any more rooms so he gave me what he wanted. The hotel was not full to capacity!! The front entrance was dirty, mats full of dirt and sand. Trash can at front entrance raggety and need to be replaced along with the luggage carts!!! Elevator mats were dirty too. We stayed on 3rd floor. Walking down the hallway and it felt like the floors were sinking in. The beds in the room were comfortable. We needed an ironing board...not one in the room. Carpet filthy and large stains. For goodness sake, rent a rug doctor!! Toilet stained, marks on the wall. We are elite customers. Never received a warm welcome from desk clerk. Never explained anything about breakfast, wi-fi, not even location of the elevator. Honestly. we arrived late last night. I was to tired to even complain. Marriott this location need some work or perhaps new management that care!!

Reviewed By Arthur GWe were disappointed no hot coffee was available except at breakfast. The K-cups in the room were limited to one regular and one decaf. The Heater-AC was very volatile, either too hot or too cold. They could use a sign from Old Washington Road in the back. Quiet room, comfy bed. Breakfast was good.

Reviewed By aneishar2016Visited for the weekend and was hoping to have a good stay. Front desk was fast and friendly but when we arrived at the room, it was in a deplorable condition. The beds were stained with dirt or whatever it was. We returned to the front desk and showed her what the beds looked like. She was very understanding and refunded us. I really appreciated that.
