Great location, small but clean rooms, free parking and nice staff

This hotel is near the airport and Cap 3000 mall. Great location. Rooms tiny and minimal furnishings. Things worked as they should. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Certainly OK for an overnight stay before your flight out.

Good Choice

This is a well run hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. It met our needs, wanting to be very close to the airport for a very early morning flight and yet not in the "middle of nowhere". The rooms are generally well designed, comfortable bed, excellent lighting in the bathroom, good breakfast. The fine shuttle service is essential. The long chorus line of restaurants along the waterfront gives you a lot of choice of places to dine. Perhaps not of the same caliber as in the heart of Nice, but agreeable. We have stayed at other hotels very near to the airport, and so far this would be our first choice.

Fantastic and Friendly Service for Short Stay

Reviewed By Ricky L

Stayed here on a Saturday night. The restaurant and the bar resisted the temptation to close early and stayed open even though I was the only patron by the time I arrived (more joined at the bar later). The food was very good and represented good value for money. The hotel itself and the room are very dated and feels like no renovation or even repainting have been done since the 1970s. The shower is made of hard plastic and the dated fittings meant there was a significant lack of power sockets - indeed, there was not one to be found anywhere near my desk (to plug in my laptop I unplugged the wireless charging pad on the desk). Both the reception and the bar staff are highly professional and very friendly. This level of service, along with the proximity of the CAP 3000 shopping centre, the Saint-Laurent-du-Var train station, and Nice | Côte d’Azur airport (for which the hotel offers a free shuttle) more than make up for the dated property.

Basic but perfectly usable

Good size apartment with nice balcony. Kitchen area very small and not well stocked but we ate out everyday so just used it for making drinks and toast for breakfast. Some tired paintwork and surfaces which could do with modernisation. Plenty of linen and towels supplied. Very friendly helpful receptionist. We phoned to ask about early check in and was told it would be available if the apartment was already vacant- it was but we were then charged an extra €50 for this. Yes, it is close to the beach but it’s not a nice sand beach- only pebbles and very close to busy main road. Nice selection of restaurants along the marina and seafront. Swimming pool very cold- it’s not heated and was sadly far too cold for a small child by early October :( Sunloungers not comfortable and only a few so I’m sure they’d be difficult to come by during peak times.

Awful hotel

Reviewed By Melanie N

Hotel is located in an industrial estate, nothing around the hotel at all. there was no staff present in the bar/reception area, in order to for us to check out we had to ask the cleaner to call the lady running reception for us. Very early each morning around 8am they were doing renovation work, dragging furniture about and one morning very loud banging and they were demolishing part of the concrete stage. On check out we complained to the receptionist and she was quite and extremely unapologetic. Beds were uncomfortable, our rooms weren’t cleaned over our 3 night stay. An awful experience. It’s cheap but still a waste of money.

Friendly basic hotel near Nice airport

Reviewed By Ulchabhan

We stayed here one night en route from a family holiday in Corsica choosing it for closeness to Nice airport. Hotel made a down-at-heel first impression but was clean with all facilities (wifi, aircon etc). Easy access to Nice via 200 bus which stops just outside (but very packed on a Sunday: no space for much luggage if going to Airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was 8 euros extra per person but tasty. Hotel is small and family run, but late check in was no problem. Suburb of St Laurent is a bit featureless and cut in two by railway line (SNCF station within walking distance of hotel) but there is quite a nice beach with a view of the bay.

Very basic rooms, restaurant on site was not open, no access for pool.

Reviewed By RuFyness

Certainly need a car to access the place as it is up on the hills. The room was very basic, not even had a window, so felt like a shoe box, not recommended for people with claustrophobia.. Had no access for the pool as the gate is locked, the contact person called back many hours later, so we opted for the sea instead. The restaurant on site was closed and we saw no staff during our stay, can't even had a coffee, so if you want anything you need to go to town centre.. Overall for one night was okay, but wouldn't stay more.
