Bed was comfortable, linens were soft, towels were a little thin but not bad. Our room overlooked the river, nice to watch wildlife while sitting on the balcony. Only complaint is the tv service. Most channels were fuzzy and the batteries in the remote were dead.

Blueberry Springs Lodge is an amazing isle of tranquility nestled in the Smokey Mountains and only a short drive from Dollywood. The hillside setting is serene and peaceful. The room we had had the rustic but modern charm of the country, but with thoroughly modern amenities. A freshly prepared breakfast was available every morning in the dining room and a fresh baked snack along with assorted beverages was available in the evening. Melissa and Nick made us feel welcome with their honest southern hospitality and charm. Truly, Blueberry Springs Lodge captures the idealized essence of the welcome of the people and a place in the Smokey Mountains.

Reviewed By dawnmays321My family was staying in Kentucky for a wedding, but decided last minute to move to Tn. This hotel accommodated us. I would definitely refer other people to stop in. The beds are comfortable and the room was big enough for 5 of us.

Look know further if you need hotel in the Great Smokey Mountains. There is plenty of parking, an outdoor fireplace and the breakfast is top notch.

It's appalling how unacceptable
Reviewed By sarahstrong2012If only I had looked at the reviews first...NEVER STAY HERE! This reservation was intended as a surprise nt getaway for my husband on his birthday, what a complete Fail. Disgust & disappointment are beyond an understatement. This hotel is an absolute disgrace to the Baymont name & entire Wyndham family. When we arrived late nt at check-in the staff was not welcoming rather off-putting. The elevator had an overpowering smell of urine & sour garbage. Opening the door to our room my eyes began to burn from the chemical smell & chlorine. Not to be confused with cleanliness, by the look of a 6-inch wet spotted stain in the middle of the armchair, wrinkled sheets pillowcases with smudges on them & trash left in the mini fridge + shower. The jacuzzi in our room doesn't work, 3 bulbs are out or lamps don't work & can't call front desk from the room phone because there is no telephone cord?! Yuck. I'm one to rarely ever complain but thinking perhaps a mistake had been made? The staff at front desk didn't care I was a burden. They were rude & condescending said it was near the end of their shift so come back later when the next employee arrives!? I was absolutely speechless. It being my husband's bday & for the sake of the nt we left for dinner & try to find vacancy nearby. When we returned I spoke with the best employee at this location who was exhausted/stressed, almost asleep on the office floor. She shared with me that staff already knew about the jacuzzi, people before us already complained. Housekeeping doesn't clean just spot treats & lack of maintenance upkeep on the rooms is not for lack of materials or supplies which are readily available onsite. No one there cares which is an absolute shame speak with management & Wyndham customer care in the morning. This morning Nick at the front desk was more insult to injury, beyond unprofessional & incredibly insulting. Called me a liar twice straight to my face, despite having cameras in the office or going to the room himself to inspect / release our deposit. Management has yet to respond or be in touch.

Most Excellent Motel for the money
Reviewed By marklX8640OHThis Motel had 2 pools (one indoors and one outdoors - both open) an excellent hot tub. Our room had a living room with a TV, large refrigerator and a pullout couch. Along side was a bedroom with a TV, a bathroom and a balcony! Also, they offered a full breakfast with all the fixins'. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage links and patty's, cinnamon rolls, cereal, fruit etc. Just like the good old days before cov.... It was the best Choice Hotel we ever had for $64.19 per night!!!! We usually stay with Choice, but to get this room with all these amenities was a super surprise. It was a hit for us!!

Reviewed By Donna SWe enjoyed our stay. Very quiet. Air conditioning worked well. Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice seating area out back to view the water. Ducks and raccoons seem to enjoy it as well. Check in and out was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Reviewed By Hotfoot58Web photos are in no way accurate. Rooms are dingy, pool has no water, stained towels laying on walkway. When we checked in there was a couple fighting on the walkway and men "hanging out" on another walkway. Breakfast was not available as advertised. When I advised the clerk that I was not staying as I did not feel safe, she offered another room but it would have still been the same situation - not feeling safe. I was charged a one day stay due to "cancellation" - even though I showed up, checked in, immediately made them aware of the issues and they fell very short of what they advertised. I met my end of the bargain - they didn't meet theirs. They need to update their website to reflect the true condition of the property. I don't expect much from a Days Inn but this was bottom of the barrel IMHO.
