Don’t waste your time at this dump
Reviewed By Scottsdale1987As a Diamond member, my card is on file and I even had the Diamond desk contact the hotel to make sure they had my card to charge. My son arrived at 2:30 am and they would only let him check in after they charged his card too and it was over the reservation amount. Tried calling the hotel six or seven times but, no answer. Front desk finally answered, I told them they had my card and never should have charged my sons card. I was told” I do what the computer tells me to do”. Requested name of the manager and for him to call me at 7:00 am when he got in. Of course, he never called me. I called 4-5 more times and no one ever answered the phone. Finally got the Diamond desk to call which took 3-4 tries before they answered. The room was dirty, beer was left in the frig. by previous guests and the frig. did not work. Charged me for an upgraded room which it was not and for the first night which was to be free as the Diamond desk contacted them about not charging me. Can’t get anyone that speaks English at guest services to get me my refund and points added from this horrible place.

Reviewed By Camper35346128599We stayed here an evening in route to the show me state. Our check in went very smoothly. The attendant on duty was very friendly, patient and professional. We also enjoyed our breakfast.; it was delicious! Kuddos to the chef and the waitress. All staff were very friendly and the room was nice. The one issue was the water regulator; I had a hard time adjusting the water for comfort. Aside from that all was well. The location is within walking distance of various restaurants so enjoy the stroll. If I travel this route again I would not hesitate to stop.

Reviewed By paulsL2698TMBeware of this Holiday Inn Express. Seriously, this hotel is a security and health safety risk. We reserved a King Suite room over a month before our stay. When we arrived, the front lobby was full of customers waiting to check in and the front desk clerk was clearly untrained or unqualified. When we finally got to the front of the line, she was clearly confused. She checked us into Room 102 and gave us keys. We went to the room to find it occupied with two dogs in the room but no guests. We went back to the front desk and the clerk then took us to a room on the third floor which was also occupied. We then went back to the front desk where she checked us into Room 212 and again gave us keys. We went to "our" room and went in to find luggage, brief cases, boxes of materials, etc in the room. This one was also clearly occupied. As it turned out, it was the people she had checked into the room just before us. She then checked us into Room 216 which was not a Suite like we had booked and paid for. The next morning, we found that the clerk had now charged my credit card an additional $14 for some reason. When we checked out, I asked why this was so, only to find out that we were not listed in 216 and after a great deal of research, we found out that we were checked into 104, one of the few rooms we didn't get into apparently. We asked to be refunded money for all the issues including the fact that we didn't get a suite. The General Manager was supposed to call us back on Saturday but as of Sunday afternoon, no call. I guess they don't care about our business, so going to IHG Corporate is on my to-do list for tomorrow. If you choose to stay in this property, don't leave anything valuable in your room since in our experience, other customers are freely given access to rooms that other guests have checked into. In the age of COVID, this is not only a security risk, it is a health concern since the rooms are supposedly cleaned but other customers may not be up to the CDC guidelines.

Reviewed By bobhI6901CIWas very surprised about this place. Clean, priced fairly and did not gouge you for a pet stay. Plenty of grassy areas for dogs. The only thing not so great is lacking surroundings restaurants. Breakfast was acceptable for the price. I would recommend this place.

Reviewed By Halcyon T LGenerally, we have enjoyed Residence Inns for the kitchen and room layout. This property was as expected- not the newest but fine. There was an actual range as well as a large microwave. What wasn't fine was the loud rumble/vibration throughout our suite which required ear plugs at night. Perhaps some inner working of the HVAC? The bed had tissue thin sheets and was sloppily made up. The bathroom fan roared and the plastic shower curtain was an unpleasant addition. The toilet paper holder was defective. There was a burned out bulb in a bedside lamp. The staff was friendly enough but with no cautions regarding covid to be seen. We avoided the crowded breakfast room.

Decent hotel with poor loyalty recognition
Reviewed By ILoveToEatOutStayed a few nights at this property with my daughter last week. The hotel was very quiet with few guests. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and pretty standard for a Courtyard. Most disappointing however was the lack of free breakfast as a Marriott Titanium. One of the primary reasons to be loyal to a hotel chain is to save money on family trips. This is the first Marriott property I've ever stayed at that didn't offer elite breakfast. It is pretty disappointing to stay 75 nights a year and not even get a free cup of coffee.
