Right on the edge of the sea, only 5 km away from the Reina Sofía airport, Vincci Tenerife Golf is a delightful, four-star hotel just 100 metres way from the "Golf del Sur" golf course, where the hotel has special agreements and discounts.
Very poor
Reviewed By stevepritch34Attended at the end of May. There was a great deal of repair work going on. Some or which was right outside my room. We were early arriving but staff did not even offer a drink and just told us to wait. This was more frustrating as my daughter had just started her period. I offered to pay for an upgrade but again staff rude. This was advertised as a 4* hotel but in reality a 3* at best. Rooms need a total make over, holes in the walls and paint required. The pool was awful with brown disgusting matts to lay on! Food was average. Staff at bar and restaurant were simply rude and just asking for a drink was a problem for them. My 13 year old daughter was bored senseless! No children at the hotel and who would blame them. Just purely awful place in every way! I have stayed in many hotels throughout the world and this one is so poor I wouldn’t stay there if it was free! Honestly find somewhere else to stay and don’t waste your money at this place.

Reviewed By AMCG10Our rooms were nice fresh and clean sea view was requested and paid for when booked, We made our own entertainment as nothing much was open 21/5/22 and with two teenagers we spent a lot on taxi fares. The food was fresh a a good choice we were all inclusive for seven of us and local drinks were not that nice soft drink were nice enough, the pool area was nice at the sea view pool although our grandson cut his toes on the tiles in pool I did report but nothing was said or done maybe pool shoes for kids should be worn All in all we made the best of this holiday as we were all in need of one would I rush back maybe not

Reviewed By 959cathypHaving spent lots of euros in the games room tonight....most if the machines didn't work...the guy who looks after the machines declined to give me any money back...the reception staff asked him about the machines but he declined to give a refund. Several other people were complaining about the broken machines that were still accepting the money. My advice Do not go to the games room !!! Avoid at all costs

Reviewed By kevinbettles2017Very steep site so loads of steps to lug suitcases up and down and no offer of assistance with this. If disabled avoid at all costs. The apartment smelt musty as soon as you opened the door. Furniture damaged and overall a very tired appearance. We were very tired after our trip so needed a good night sleep, but we've been awake now since 1.20am with noisy neighbours and it's now 5.30am. We can't blame the owners for that, but thank goodness we are only here for 1 night as overall it's been horrendous. We flew to Tenerife a day early to save on the cost of flights, I'd rather have paid the extra. Can't wait to get to our vacation club where the standard of accommodation is worlds apart from this! We would not book again as the £125 we paid was not worth it. Book with caution.

Good overnight stay
Reviewed By Hunti569031We only stayed one night in transit to resort from airport and arrived very late but we were welcomed and offered refreshments. The B & B was not the easiest to find in the dark but a telephone call from the local service station and a very kind gentlemen who guided us to the property, on arrival we were pleased with our choice. All rooms were very clean and well decorated. The continental breakfast was adequate. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Tired and basic
Reviewed By homeandaway75Stayed September 2019, plumbing issues, smells from the bathroom and noise from the neighbours because of the close proximity of the apartments. Apartment seemed tired and the kitchen area was not that clean, no dishwasher and the dishes provided looked like they had not been washed for sometime. Beds are basic, two single beds pushed together. Some positives to mention, the lady in reception was helpful and tried her best to deal with these issues. Other staff didn't seem to speak any English but I can't speak much Spanish so that's not a criticism. Overall the experience of staying there was okay, the pool area is clean and there are 3 pools, the view from the balcony is stunning of the surrounding mountains. The restaurant near by called Dabda serves very good food. But the lasting negatives are the plumbing and the smell from the bathroom and the apartments being basic and kitchen utensils not being that clean. You always have the weather! You don't get tired of that :)
