Excellent Hotel
Reviewed By alexdT3339YDWe recently stayed over the bank holiday weekend and were very impressed by this hotel. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, the facilities were excellent and the location was very convenient for access to restaurants, the beach (2 minute walk away) and public transport to explore the island. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice - the omelette station was a favourite. The hotel has two bars both of which were very good and reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Majorca and hope to return soon!

Ok hotel but you pay for what you get
Reviewed By JadeKYBStayed at this hotel for a short 5-day break, due to delay in flight, we arrived late 2.30am. Reception was friendly but instead of quickly checking all guests as we were all tired, she kept telling each guests 'all the information'. When we finally got our room key, tried to get into our room, wouldn't work but then another guest answered the door. We were told the wrong room and it was written on the key card. Room was basic, had the amenities for self catering however it smelled bad of fish. We did report it to reception and they said they would get maintenance to check it out. Whether they did or not, we were not updated plus the room still stank of smelly fish. We had to open patio doors to let the smell out and buy an air freshener. Despite the hotel having quite a few guests, there was no entertainment in the evenings especially Friday and Saturday. They did provide 'coco the clown' for the children on 2 occasions and on Thursday a 'cowboy & comedy' act which was extremely bad! However, location of the hotel is perfect, close to the beach, a few shops, restaurants but again, no bars, mostly restaurants. We did come to have a chilled, relaxing holiday but it was dead. Even for light entertainment or tribute act or even dare I say 'karaoke', nothing. Best get taxi to Cala Millor for that but Sa Coma did have several nice restaurants. 2.50 euro per day for safe in the room. 15 euro for deposit for air conditioning remote control (a/c free) Cleaning/change of towels every 2 days but they didn't make the beds or cleaned the floors, just changed the towels and emptied bins

Lovely hotel for the money,spotless rooms and the room was big,albeit it was the old pine furniture,the beds and pillows where a bit hard for our liking, but was ok yes,these rooms do need an upgrade but for the price,spot on.fridge, utensils,2 ring hob.we where self catering,says there is a cafe but there isn't,2 bars no food options apart from all inclusive. There is a lot of choices to eat right beside the hotel though,right at the beach.its a beautiful location but it is very quiet,even SA coma just a 10 Min walk along the shore is not that entertaining,lots of restaurants,shops n pubs but not a lot of entertainment.so if quiet is what u want then I totally recommend this place,it is beautiful and very friendly.

He was sharply told no and ordered out to the neighboring bar - which was fine as we understood that we were not hotel guests. I hoped to briefly wait in their seating area heavily pregnant with sciatic pain, whilst my husband used the neighboring facilities, but was ordered out to stand out in the street to wait for him.

Reviewed By debbied67ddI have just come back from a 5 night stay here with my 2 grandkids age 8 and 4 Will start with the positives the location is perfect right on the beach sea views from the side rooms and resturant. Cleaners in everyday and the hotel is very clean . The double room we was in as spacious had double bed a single and a sofa. Tv in room . Staff are great very friendly and always help especially the bar staff the 2 young ladies at the bar are a credit to this hotel.good drink selection .the shop across from the hotel is great too the lady is lovely . So now not too good the food is very repetative and not great for kids same deserts daily wasnt impressed at all although we didnt go hungry wasnt the best also none of the food is labelled so you have no idea what it is bad if you have allergies.. The staff in there work very hard and always help . The pool area is nice but the floor is slippy whrn wet . Nice pool though kids loved it . Entertaiment was good but none for kids but wasnt a lot of kids there when we went . Transfer is around one hour . Also the beach is beautiful . No hairdryers in rooms or kettles can hire though .value for money i would say as wasnt expensive .?

The worst B&B ever
Reviewed By marchC1625IKI have to be honest this is the worst place we have ever stayed in.we requested a room with a bath we got a bath but no taps to fill it.water from sink wouldn't even fill the kettle. Shower wouldn't even get you wet. The room was let to us with not even a spoon no plates nothing. With every shop being closed in November they left us with completely nothing. My wife was marched out of the door when she asked what was open for food and the lady pointed next door was open as if we were blind. We had nothing to eat after 13.00.we had our own wake up call at 8 o'clock every morning builders working Bacic things like water cutlery and a TV you don't get

Reviewed By davedekeThis hotels location is very good, sea views from most rooms. Very basic, and in need of a refurb. But it doesnt claim anything else. The plumbing is rudimentary, to say the least. The domestic staff did a great job though, keeping the hotel very clean. Towels changed daily.

Reviewed By Kim HAfter reading the negative comments about this hotel, I nearly cancelled my booking. Well I'm glad to say that I'm glad I didn't. What people seem to forget is that it is a 2star hotel. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. We were shown to a room on the 1st floor. It was clean and spacious and the towels/sheets were spotless. The food, although wasn't a huge choice, but you wasn't going to starve. All inclusive lasts up until 10pm. The pool was OK, and most of the time a lovely quiet spot to chill out. The hotel is in a great location. Near to the beach. The staff are friendly. It was my first time in majorca and would definitely go back. A big thank you to Mohammed, who works there. I left my Kindle in my room, and he kindly returned it to me. All in all, the price you pay, you can't go wrong. We had a lovely holiday.

Reviewed By Trail819299Avoid this hotel. All the bad rewievs are true. Room was disgusting, no air conditioning. It was like a green house hot, so hot that we had to cool ourswlves in the shower during the day. Dirty, I mean pubic hair around bathroom. Furniture falling appart. Toilet seat wobbly, leaked slowly so we had wet floor all the time. No one changed bedding during our stay. Breakfast oily, I was drying my eggs with napkin to be able to eat them. Pool area doesn't look the same as in the photo. All sunloungers broken. Plastic sunflowers are everywhere, I mean everywhere, hundreds of them. We only used pool once, so dirty. Nice things- Lovely beach 10 min walk away, sandy, sunloungers at a cost. Nice water pressure in the shower.
