Reviewed By teofilor82My wife and I got to get away without any kids, and found a very well kept hotel in Reno, NV named Whitney Peak. Unfortunately we turned down the temp in the room and went out when we came back the room was even hotter then before. Unhappy I called the front desk. To my surprise within five minutes Brandon the engineer was at my door. Take in mind this was Friday night around 10pm 6/3/22. He was extremely professional, and did his job quickly and efficiently. My a/c unit was up and working within minutes. He apologized for any inconveniences and went on his way. It's this kind of professionalism that will keep my wife and I faithful customers from here on out. Thank you Brandon for your help and professionalism you definitely raised the bar. Reviewed By geoanbelMy wife and I just spent her Birthday and Our anniversary at the Atlantis casino with another couple. The lodging was great, the food was great and the gaming was lots of fun. We try to make the trip every year. Covid caused a few problems with this the last couple of years. I miss the live music they have discontinued and one negative is the bed seemed to be harder causing me not to sleep as well. This might be because of my being older and liking a softer bed. All and all, a wonderful time.

Reviewed By placermanI travel a lot for business and have stayed in various hotels throughout California and the Nevada border area. This Best Western gets a rare excellent rating from me. The room was big enough not to feel I'm in a closet, the bathroom was wider than any other hotel which is the preferable dimensions rather than long. AC didn't sound like a broken down airplane and wasn't those digital ones that you can't keep the fan on. Internet worked quite well most of the time, except in the mornings when the server was always down. The only issue was the tiny mini fridge. This model was narrower than the standard size, making it hard to fit much inside it. Plus it had no separate freezer compartment and does not stay running 24/7. You have to push a button inside every two hours to keep it on/running. As one who travels with perishable food and works out in the field all day, it was difficult to get my freezer blocks frozen enough to last all day in a cooler. Other than that, the bed while soft, wasn't too much that I had any back aches. Highly recommend if you want to stay outside Reno for a competitive price/service point.
