Reviewed By AnniCattiWe stayed for a few nights at Pierre ey Vacances in Puerto Colom. The staff at reception was really nice. The rooms were okay. All a bit older and the shower leaked. Our apartment was spaceous though and had 3 balconies. You had to pay extra for room service and even take out the trash at the end of your stay. The city center is a bit further away but a nice beach and a few restaurants are located around the corner.

The Hotel JS Cape Colom has a spectacular cliff-top setting in Porto Colom, Mallorca. It offers incredible views, spa facilities and a large outdoor swimming pool. The hotel has over 1000 m² of terraces and gardens, with direct access to the sea. The buffet restaurant offers local and international foods as well as show cooking. There is also a snack bar by the pool. The Cape Colom's spa includes sauna, jacuzzi and pressure showers, as well as massages. It also has a gym, and excellent sports facilities. Porto Colom is one of Mallorca's best natural harbours, and is 500 metres from the sandy beach of Cala Marsal. Activities including scuba diving, fishing and sailing are on offer here.

Reviewed By renvargWe arrived at the JS Cape Colom. First impressions was a very well kept and presented hotel. We were given a warm welcome on arrival by multilingual staff. We were early and our rooms were not quite ready (3 rooms - adult family holiday). The hotel provides a luggage room, where we could put our cases, there was also showers and toilets. We had booked all inclusive and were given wrist bands and we were able to have drinks and food right from arrival. Our rooms were all ready about 1pm. There is a very small lift. We found our room (sea view) to be fairly spacious, with balcony. Lovely views of the sea. Bathroom , excellent shower over bath, but small bath. Plenty of towels, changed regularly with daily housekeeping, Clean and tidy. The decoration in the room was clean, but walls could do with a little tidying. The room would have benefited from a kettle. The reception, bar, restaurant and outside spaces and pools were lovely. The views magnificent, watching boats and jet skis on the blue water and views of the lighthouse. 2 swimming pools and ladder down the cliffs to swim in the cove. Very large outside seating area, clean, plenty of seating and sunbeams. Quiet areas to get away from everything, floodlight at night. The restaurant was spacious with plenty of seating. Food varied , so good choice of something for everyone. Breakfast was the best meal. The all inclusive is well worth it. The wifi is FOC but I really struggled to get onto it at all in the room or outside and only sometimes in reception, could do with signal boosting. On the roof of the hotel is a very large glass gym with views over the sea, wonderful with quality equipment. Outside the gym is decking and sunbeds, feels like being onboard ship. There is sauna and hot tub. I would highly recommend this hotel for a quiet stay, with good food. 5 to 10 mins walk to a lovely beach with good swimming. The family have visited 3 times before and I am sure we will be back.

Reviewed By jillt6494This was our third time at Hotel Club Cala Marsal and it did not disappoint. We booked a seventh floor room with stunning views of the beach and harbour. The room was c leaned every day and was spotless. The swimming pool and grounds were well maintained, sun beds were plentiful. The customer service from all the staff was first class. We stayed half board, as it was early in the season we ate in the Steakhouse. The food was buffet style with a good choice and was always hot. We are looking forward to returning for a longer stay in late September.

Staff very helpful and place was always clean. Always plenty of sunloungers available each day and never many people in the pool

A pleasant stay
Reviewed By Princess-TashyMe and my partner stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of August as the hotel we were supposed to stay at cancelled our booking. (This place turned out to be half the price too!) There is no official reception area, you check in at a small desk behind the reception area. We were taken to our room, which was in a building across the road and up a flight of stairs. The room has air con which is a big plus. The room was clean and we had two single beds close together. The breakfast selection was very basic, and included the usual cheese, pastries etc. You could also order a cooked breakfast which we did. We got 2 eggs, 2 sausages and tomatoes (which is not everything that was listed on the card) We used the restaurant on two separate occasions for dinner, both times the food was amazing and well presented. If I remember correctly, if you are staying at the Hostal, you get a 15% discount on your meal. We also used the cocktail bar upstairs which I have left a separate review for. We were allowed to leave our luggage locked away in the Hostal building for the day as our airport transfer was quite late in the day. I would like to say thank you again to the staff member who ordered us a taxi on our departure. (We waited over an hour for our airport transfer which never arrived) We would stay again.

The pool is small,there were a number of sun loungers and umbrellas,pool area was clean and tidy. Breakfast was adequate,the usual Continental. I do not know if there is any dormitories or shared cooking facilities. I enjoyed my stay at the San Francisco,I was traveling alone and the staff were friendly.

The atmosphere is lovely, warm and cosy in this wintery weather in Mallorca; caring, friendly and considerate staff who treat you like family; excellent breakfasts; cute bar and good food in the restaurant with a nice wine selection;?and the sea view apartment was perfect - clean, comfortable, spacious, well maintained and good housekeeping, and a balcony to welcome the morning sun. There were lovely touches all over the place; umbrellas for the rain; a well stocked book shelf with games and puzzles; a great looking pool; daily newspapers - we felt at home! Thanks to all the staff for the nice welcome and particularly Susana for being so thoughtful. We’ll be back - when the sun shines :)

Reviewed By laramarighettoWe had an amazing stay in S'Aigo. The house was clean and the staff helped us with all our questions we had! We definetly recommend to stay for at east 3 nights to enjoy the whole area around the finca. The best way is to rent a car to get around easily and visit the towns and beaches all around.. We will come back in summer to enjoy the pool and the barbecue area outside!
