What a wonderful surprise

Really enjoyed our recent stay. Very friendly staff. Welcomed our dog warmly (and without a fee!). Unusual hotel, in an old Ford factory, with high ceilings, museum displays on the first floor and on the sleeping floor landings as well. Furnishings and layouts might not appeal to everyone, though we liked it. Very comfortable beds. Clean and modern.

Great place to stay

Great hotel. The nicest place to stay in Oklahoma City. I have stayed in all of the higher end hotels here over the years. It has that luxury feel. Rooms are spacious and clean. The front desk workers are great! I stayed here often before covid. My first time back since. The breakfast hasn't gotten back to what it was before covid but I am sure it will with time. Location is great, Bricktown is walkable as well as other great restaurants in the area. My first choice when I come to Oklahoma city.

Wonderful Experience in Bricktown

Reviewed By Patty T

I am kinda a hotel snob and I rank this one total 5 stars. The hotel was spotless and the service was unusually friendly and helpful. The full breakfast was amazing, something you don't normally get in a hotel breakfast. We had a fabulous omelet loaded with everything, hot home fries, crispy hot bacon, fresh fruit (not frozen), good coffee and access to the nice buffet. I was concerned that they offer valet parking $29/night but the service was quick and you can come and go as you want. It rained the whole time we were there so the valet parking was super convenient. You have the right to self-park but it would probably cost almost the same. We didn't eat dinner there but saw some dishes and they actually looked good. We ate right across the street at the Crab House. It was fun and good food...we go to New Orleans alot and it can't compare with that, but it was still good. The main reason we went on this girls trip was to visit the Oklahoma City National Museum (where the bombing took place) as well as the new First Americans Museum. Both were fabulous in their own ways. They were both only a 5 minute drive from the hotel.

Embassy suites never fails in looking after their guests

I was in room 468 last night. The room seemed smaller to me than most of the rooms I've stayed in at any of the Embassy Suites, but it was more than sufficient to meet my needs. I had a couple of issues in the room (coffee pot didn't work, one plug in did not work and the facing/cover fell off) but when I told the front desk staff things were taken care of. Breakfast was wonderful as usual. The nightly cocktail hour had a good buffet of fresh veggies, dip and crackers. Our room was clean and comfortable.

New Hotel & Enjoyed Our Stay

We checked in for a convention after traveling all day (12 hr drive). Check in was pretty seamless. Not sure if this is the policy all the time but be prepared because we had to put down a $100/day incidentals deposit. We didn't know that so it was a bit of a shock. The room was gorgeous! Comfortable beds, plenty of space. The bathroom was very modern and amenities were provided. We didn't eat in any of the hotel restaurants. They were either more expensive than we wanted to pay or just didn't have anything we wanted. You are within walking distance to Bricktown. Not an across the street walk more of a block or two but as long as the weather is nice and you are ok to walk about a half mile, you will be fine. We drove over once just because we weren't sure of the distance but once we figured it out, we walked the next day. When the convention goers were in the lobby, it was very loud. Whomever designed the layout did not take into account large group acoustics. We have never stayed at an Omni before so this was a very nice experience. I recommend this hotel when staying in OKC. You are directly across the street from PayCom Center so if you are going to a basketball game or concert then this would be one of the places to definitely stay.
