Reviewed By DekujanI enjoy the stay in Microtel Hotel it is a good place to stay in cabanatuan . The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful.

Pleasantly Surprised
Reviewed By Jaime AMy wife and I had to travel for work to both Nueva Ecija and Pangasinan in a matter of days, and at one point we were caught late in Nueva Ecija and didn't want to travel too late at night, so on a whim we settle in Harvest Hotel, which turned out to be a good decision because it was fairly decent place to stay. The food was a bit overpriced and not all that good, but the service and sleep comfort were decent. I see from other reviews that other patrons have not had pleasant experiences here and I sympathize with them, but my stay was relatively unremarkable so I can't really echo their comments.

Reviewed By baethvThe place was really amazing, specially the Bali and Falls. But here are the things that make our stay irritating. Accommodation: For Kubo Room, I won't recommend it if hindi nyo kamasa yung nasa kabilang room. The guest beside our room were so inconsiderate. Past 12 midnight naka speakers pa din sila. Alam naman na hanggang 10pm lang ang happy hour. Tho malinis and spacious naman ang Kubo Room and good for couple na talaga. Need lang ng maintenance kasi may part na sira na. Staffs: Not friendly and not accommodating. They should check the place if tahimik na at 10pm. We tried messaging them on their FB page and we also texted them regarding our concern kasi nga ang inggay ng kabilang room, pero wala. Ni walang nag assist. Kami na ang sumita sa kabilang room. Pool and Bathroom Shower: For the pool, may part na madulas at malumot. For the CR sana maayos na tabo manlang yung iprovide. No water heater. Satisfied kami sa view, so we're hoping next time satisfied na din kami sa service.

Reviewed By melodyg2587I booked in this hotel for several reasons: 1. Good location, near my business meeting 2. They recently opened after several months (so I expected clean, disinfected area) 3. Has a good reviews Before I enter in this hotel, the lobby doesn’t have ventilation, and aircon was off. I understand this may be because of the guidelines but I immediately felt discomfort since I’m from the metro, I expected comfort but failed. Another is the receptionist/ front desk personnel, she doesn’t know how to compute for a discounted price for 2 nights! She gave me a non promo price and guess what? Those who have senior/pwd discount has a higher fee than those who do not. They made an apology after few minutes of discussion. After being settled, we were accompanied to our room, and upon inspection, our linen has a hole. And upon checking out, we decided to buy an extra bag since we bought several item upon going back home, as we head back to our room, our key card is not working, we cannot get inside to pack our room and it is only 11:20am! We have to ask someone to fix this and we waited for about 10 mins to fix it before getting inside again to the our room. I have high expectation on this hotel but definitely not a top star hotel for me.

The expansive surroundings of BESM Traveller's Inn
Reviewed By Lynne NI delightfully recall almost all the local accommodations I had stayed in during my tours in the Philippines; and can say that BESM Traveller's Inn has the most expansive surroundings. A big PLUS is the property's huge round indoor swimming pool which is rare to see in hotels and rented accommodations. On scores of 1-10 personally I would give 8.5 for cleanliness / 9 for facilities / 10 for its very accessible location / 8.5 for room comfort and quality (especially the poolside rooms) / 9 for staff service especially their leader, Ms. Des / and 9 for value for money (additionally, for the senior citizen discount that we availed of, and for which we didn't haggle about). Nevertheless, I believe that some improvements can be done to make the surroundings appealing to local and international guests. Imaginatively, I can picture the vast but almost untilled gardens turn into a wonderful place that can inspire delight and admiration among guests and visitors. For example, a gazebo and rows of shrubs or bushes will make the place look wonderful. Also, it would be much better if at least one staff is knowledgeable in operating the cable TV to assist the guest. Overall, my former student and I had a great 3-day stay in this San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija property. We would love to come back; and would surely recommend BESM Traveller's Inn to our families, international friends and associates. Our BIG THANKS again to all your staff.

Reviewed By vicqtyRooms are in the form of houses with 2 beds and a living room. Great place to stay for the night if you're in Cabanatuan. Rooms are clean. Water may not be as hot as I would like it, but still acceptable. Food is not expensive and tasted ok. Nothing special mind you, but satisfying. Place is quiet and relaxing at night. I always stay here when I'm in Cabanatuan.
