Courtyard by Marriott Nashua

What a great unexpected find!

Reviewed By Q1564IQlindaf

When my 10 day reservation at another hotel was screwed up, I made a quick reservation for one night at this Courtyard until I could figure out what to do next. When I checked in, Patricia at the front desk was fantastic. She helped me find a great rate for my next 9 nights. Not only that but she had the staff bring up a microwave for our room even though the room doesn’t normally have one. The hotel was very well run; everyone on the staff friendly and attentive! I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Nice place - over priced

Reviewed By Randolph N

The hotel is fairly new. The beds are comfortable, the rooms well appointed, and the interior more than acceptable. My only complaint is they are over priced. They do have a pool that seems well-maintained, and their breakfasts do the trick. I would stay there again.

Best staff member: Jesse.

Reviewed By Dillion G

This hotel staff in the morning had some issues dealing with our billing, but the night staff really goes above and beyond the call of duty. Specifically a staff member named Jesse. That man handled every question with hesitation and with a smile. I’ve been to several hotels and usually after 4-5 question people start to get annoyed, but Jesse kept it friendly and with a smile on his face the whole time with no hesitation.

Convenient

Reviewed By sarahsvermont18

Hotel is conveniently located and the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Only drawback is that the pool is adjacent to the lobby and the smell of chlorine is overwhelming. It permeates the entire lobby and I found it very distracting. The staff was helpful and kind. Parking is fairly easy.

Residence Inn by Marriott Nashua

Nice but very expensive for what you get!

Reviewed By bcnett

We always enjoy staying in Residence Inn's and we enjoyed staying in this one. We had a free night that we had to use before June 30th. We would not have stayed here, if we had had to pay the almost $400.00 that it would have cost us. The breakfast had a lot of choices, but most of them were packaged things except for the hot offerings. The hotel is nice, but it's not luxurious and not worth $400.00 a night.

This was my second stay here, and I would highly recommend this hotel. The main areas are clean and everything is well maintained. The rooms are really spacious and also clean. I'm rather picky, but was very comfortable with the furnishings. The staff was incredibly friendly, no matter what time of day it was. It was so nice to be greeted by a friendly face as I was coming or going. They were always helpful and asked what else they could do for me. We had a few big snow storms during my stay, and they handled them very well. Everything went smoothly. I did use the laundry room and it was always clean and convenient.

COCKROACHES AND HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!

Reviewed By Markandbre

Friday night into early morning Saturday at 1:00am I was woken up by what felt like a nasty bug on my neck. I felt it's body as I flung it off of me and turned on the light to find it. When I called the office to let them know I was told that I could have brought them in although she offered me another room. I declined the offer to stay and started to search for a hotel. Before we left (we kept our things in the room and ill get to this) we made sure we did a thorough check. After finding larva eggs and almost a dozen of both dead and live roaches my anxiety was through the roof and we left with the clothes on our backs to sleep in a clean place the rest of the night and planned to go back to the room in the morning to deal with our clothing. We had been there a little over a week. The house we had lived in was sold and we are waiting on our apartment to be ready a long with all the financial parts of selling a home to go through. We were simply trying not to save a buck since we are out most of the day working and needed a place to crash at night without imposing on our friends and family. Had we of known this would of been what we were paying for we would of chose differently. We didn't want to potentially bring a roach problem elsewhere so we put our things in large trash bags that the office had given us to seal them up and deal with it when we could get to a laundromat and kill off anything that might of infested or made a home in our things. My fiance couldn't go to work on Saturday because of this and again management (Alicia) made it even a bigger nightmare although we were very nice to her. Below is my experience with this woman. When I called to touch base in the morning to speak to the manager Alicia (the night before there was only a front desk person on and was I was told to call when she arrived for her shift so I did) she told me this- "anyone can find the pictures the want to on Google." After I picked my jaw up off the floor I asked her would you like to see the container in the room with about a dozen of them? She told me if I was not there within minutes I would not be able to get my things. I told her we were on the way and that how she is handling this would be reported to corporate and this was my last communication with her. We retrieved our things and videoed walking into the room and up to the container of roaches to make sure no one would say this was some stunt like she more than implied. My fiancé went to the front desk as I stayed in NY vehicle and she told him we were not allowed back to the property ever again and her reason was because we called corporate on her. They have tried to get us refunded and so far have declined and have treated us horrible even though we deserved anything but. We are good people, we do not fit in with the rest of the clientele that goes in and out of there and they were very nice up until this point even as we were treating the horrible customer service with manners as Alicia and the owner did not. They say they didn't know about this issue even when there are both alive and dead roaches on the property. The are treating them but neglecting to tell paying customers about to knowing most people will stay elsewhere. I am in communication with Motel 6 corporate and when they officially decline my full refund I want back since I would of never stayed in a room infested with roaches I will update what happens on that end. (The D.W highway property has until tomorrow night to respond to corporate and if not it goes to ANOTHER supervisor and higher up). I hope anyone who looks to stay here knows what they are getting themselves into ?
