Noisy and run down
Reviewed By LovefurPros: easy to find. Beds comfortable. Hot water. Good water pressure. Cons: one small elevator for the entire bldg. Traffic noise from all sides. Thin walls. Noisy a/c or engine/compressor noise all night long from another room or outside the bldg. Ear plugs don't help with that kind of droning! Dated furnishing. Old water pick shower head.. Water sprays all over regardless of adjusting the dial. Refrig broken filled with ice. Loud (unplugged it... At least I could stop that noise) Can't sleep. Idk how breakfast is.! Called host... Can't switch rooms because computer is down! He doesn't know if any vacancies... So I am stuck. Thought the noise would die down by now... 130 AM. Do not stay here if you have want any peace and quiet. If noise is your jam and machinery echoing through the walls is ok, stay here..

Great stay EXCEPT for Front Desk!

Our keys stopped working on our third night and when we went to get them rekeyed she was rude, condescending, argumentative and then referred to me as the mother of my wife, we are 3 years apart in age! The creepiest part was that after she gave us our new keys, she lurked out the office door and stared at us as we walked through the atrium, went up the elevator and then walked to our room! My kids felt totally unsafe. There are many other choices in the area for lodging, I’d recommend staying somewhere other than this Holiday Inn!

We understand things are different because of COVID, but this was the only motel with such a LIMITED breakfast. No cereal, milk, yogurt, cheese sticks, boiled eggs-all things that are COVID friendly. Your choice was a frozen egg and cheese croissant or frozen burrito. They give to you in wrapper to take back to room to microwave. So if you stay, plan on going out for breakfast.

Worst hotel experience in 40 years of travel
Reviewed By 363kenkupon check in it took 3 tries to get a working keycard. Our stay was 3 days. Day two it took 3 tries to get a working card from the front desk again and then the room was not made up. When I asked the front desk clerk said the cleaning staff gets busy so only cleans room that have been checked out. Next day spoke to a different front desk person and she said it wasn't cleaned because of covid but would be cleaned today. Finally spoke to the extremely rude manager who told me I was complaining to try to get a discount and it wasn't going to work. He and his staff clearly could care less about guests' satisfaction. Very surprising for a Wyndham property

Reviewed By travbud1This was a relatively average Courtyard. It would seem they are having some staffing issues and I want to be clear that this review does not reflect that as an issue. This is more that the hotel is a little tired and while not unclean, it is certainly in need of some additional attention and upkeep in the rooms. It is a cheaper price point than San Jose or the more central hotels and I think that may be reflected in the accommodations.

I still can’t believe what Just happen to my family and my friend’s family tonight. 9PM, 2 families with 2 9 years old kid, was told your reservation means nothing, and the room we reserved got sold to someone else. The explanation I got is “you have a reservation, there were no room assign to you, so technically you don’t have a room. We are accepting booking from different website, and those website does not know you have a reservation, so they gave your room to someone else.” This is totally against their hotel policies. “Your room is guaranteed with a valid form of payment until 7 a.m. the morning after your arrival date. This ensures the hotel is holding your room in case of a late arrival. However, if your credit or debit card does not have funds available to pay for the room, the room is subject to cancellation. If you’re going to arrive late to your reservation, please notify the hotel directly.” In fact, this is a great example price gouging. Room price when up 100% because of the soccer tournament across the street, they just sold my room to a higher payee, and ask my family to sleep on the street when I put my trust on this company.

nice indian receptionist but the blanket smells real bad, it smells like urine poured on it.
