Reviewed By Willie-KasiaWe cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. It is very modern with wide open public spaces and kept very clean. Breakfast has a wide and varied choice of both hot and cold dishes. It is very close to the beach. The centre of town is near with access to shopping, restaurants and bars. Dubrovnik is accessable by water taxi, bus or taxi as is Cavtat and Lockrum. Selection of day trips to 3 islands, Korcula and Montenegro Our bedroom was a delux with sea view. It was large, modern with all facilities and a great view of the sea. It is cleaned every day to a high standard. The staff are brilliant - very helpful, friendly and cheerful. This is particularly true of reception. There are shared facilites of swimming pool and restaurant with sister hotel, Astarea. We will return nexty year.

Reviewed By daveb230567Lovley hotel with beautiful views of the coastline. Clean friendly food good a really good holiday. More older couples. Beach bar worth a visit very relaxing with 10% off if you are a resident at the hotel. Reception staff are excellent and speak very good English and give you advice on public transport and excursions. Evening meals are good but repetitive like all hotels when you go away breakfast the same. If you can stay in the annexe which is better than the hotel with beautiful views and have a modern interior. Can’t really fault anything with the hotel more for older couples didn’t see any children here. I would defiantly recommend and I will return here if I was to visit Dubrovnik again

The villa was recently decorated with updated furniture from the pictures online and had everything we needed in a self catering villa. The partial sea view was lovely and the villa and balcony felt super private being a little bit set back from the main coastal path. The lovely cleaning staff came every day and always did a perfect job. We had a few breakfasts, lunches and dinners at Bistro Oleander and the staff, food and drinks were great every time. Being able to use the facilities at hotel Astarea was really great and we had a couple of days lounging by the lovely pool there. It’s super easy to get into Dubrovnik from the villas via boat or Uber. We couldn’t praise all the staff enough and we’ll definitely be back!

The apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped . The shared pool was great with lots of loungers and spa jets! Enjoyable stay!

Villa Avantgarde is located in Mlini, a Dubrovnik riviera summer resort only 5 miles from Dubrovnik Old City and only 6 miles to the Dubrovnik Airport, located in the area rich in Mediterranean vegetation, beautiful sandy beaches and picturesque surroundings. If you are up for a romantic vacation, with a possibility to enjoy all Dubrovnik events, Mlini is the perfect place for you. The beach, the islands, the bars and resturants are very near. All of the apartments are equipped with splendid kitchens, balconies, air condition, living rooms and private entrance. All of our guests have breakfast already included in the price. Inside the Villa Avantgarde you have free garage parking, free Wi-Fi internet and free swimming pool surrounded by pine trees. Complimentary sun loungers and umbrellas surround the outdoor swimming pool. The Villa Avantgarde also provides BBQ facilities for all guests. Airport transfer are free for guests staying a week or more. Breakfast is served from 7 to 10.

Reviewed By mihor2021Of all the suburbs of Dubrovnik, Mlini, which connects with Srebreno and Kupari, is definitely the best. A long promenade by the sea and pebble beaches with pine trees attract tourists and locals. In the center of Srebreno there's a large shopping center, with is very necessary, unlike other places that do not have a small grocery store. And what is very important is also that it's best connected with Dubrovnik. A regular bus line departs frequently. And then there is the ferry boat from the port of Mlini, which comes directly to the port of Old Town Dubrovnik. We also used Uber. We were looking for an apartment that would be close to all of the above. So we chose accommodation in Villa Avantgarde and we were very pleased. Our apartment in the villa was new, clean, compact and had everything you need for a holiday. We like large size of the fridge and the selection of dishes. Mattresses and pillows are new and comfortable. Towels have been changed several times also with apartment cleaning. Breakfast included was an important item for us when choosing accommodation. Given the low price of the apartment we didn't expect anything special, but we were offered a very solid and full breakfast. As it was already October and the Corona virus situation at breakfast there were not many people and all epidemiological measures were respected. The weather was nice, so we spent a lot of time on the beach and the pool of the villa. Communication with Luke was quick and warm. Really enjoyed the experience!

We are located close to a clean and peaceful beach (400 m), and the property is served by excellent bus connections and even a direct boat connection to the Old City! Apartments have stunning views, fast internet, free parking, air conditioning and all other mod cons. Anna and her family were very welcoming from the moment we got here, the views from our terrace were amazing and we were lucky to have the pool pretty much to ourselves throughout our stay. We used Uber to get around, there is a bus, the number 10 that goes through to Dubrovnik, we also went to the local steak house one night which was very nice. We booked a day trip to Bosnia one day to see the waterfalls and visit Mostar too. The kitchen we found to be sufficient for cooking meals and there was a washing machine in our apartment as well which came in handy for swimwear and beach towels. We had a lovely holiday and would recommend for anyone who wants to visit Dubrovnik but doesn’t want to stay right in the hustle and bustle of it all.

Villa Mirjana is located on great position above the beach in a small place called Mlini ,7 km south of Dubrovnik,with a beautiful view on the bay, surrounded with mediterian vegetation, it is close to the center so all you need you can walk to it. Restaurants, caffe bars, tourist agencies, water sports, boat and bus lines to old Dubrovnik,mini and supermarkets etc. All apartments have large teraces and great sea view and they are completly renovated on 2015. Near our Villa there is a familly bistro bar with romanitc interior and teraces.

Reviewed By M783OOstevesApartments are clean and well equipped. The major feature is the view of the bay at mlini that they offer from the large opening glass doors and covered out door seating area. The owner is friendly and available if needed for help and advice. A large supermarket is a short walk away around the bay and there is a water taxi to Dubrovnik or cavtat if you fancy a boat trip. There is a pool that is not heated and can feel cold on entry but as the sun is on this area throughout day it does offer a welcome break from the heat.
