The stay was very accommodating, providing us suggestions for dinner and shopping. They also helped arrange transportation to our next destination.

Reviewed By 55ChrispyA lovely hotel in the heart of the medieval city. We opted for a room with a view of the valley and this was located across the road from the main hotel adjacent to the restaurant. Dining outside on the terrace was very pleasant and the food of a good standard. Note that the hotel does not have its own parking, however parking on the outskirts of the city is plentiful and well signposted ( we opted for Parking Vallee, a 10 minute walk from the hotel) . Rocamadour is obviously a very popular and busy tourist attraction, therefore choose your arrival time carefully. We would also recommend taking 'le petit train' after dark for a spectacular view of the city at night.

Reviewed By Mikeldekeijzer888It’s the second time I stay at this wonderful property absolutely enchanting, well taken care of exclusive and very homey, the owner mr Martin Pascal is a great host and will make every possible effort to make your stay a great one , will surely come back from the Philippines as soon as I can Also miss Sara at the restaurant is very kind and accommodating specially in recommending good food and wine , her gin n’ tonic is fabulous!!!

Ideal to be in the centre of a very busy city. The reason I am conflicted is because there is a member of staff who really stood out over and above the actual stay or maybe my review could have been three star had he not been there to make our stay much better. Alexander we met the first night. He was fantastic. Nothing was any trouble for him. A kind and genuine person, who you can see has a passion for customer service. The hotel lobby and bar was pretty also, very floral, but very empty. We saw two people in the whole hotel? Seemed like the shining! The room 265 was clean, air con was good, bathroom modern, the bed was a little hard, TV had one English channel, it had everyyou needed. Just a little dated, or maybe that is just the theme. It has a great location for sight seeing. The last night we were there. Alexander was on duty, there was not anyone on the bar so he was now the bar man and on reception. It's not fair to have him doing both especially when we know his shift has finished. But once again nothing was any trouble and he made us our last drink there. What the hotel is lacking is a spa. And even their own restaurant. There is so much more that could be done here. They are lucky to have such great staff. All friendly. But our staff member of the trip was definitely Alexander. He was great!

No noise coming from the street; yet on the inside, the walls are pretty thin and we could happily enjoy our neighbors' conversations. :-) Great location, very close to the old city. The owner recommended a couple of restaurants delivering past COVID related curfew time - this was greatly appreciated!

Reviewed By MikendavidWe use this hotel from time to time, when our flights are very early or very late. The location is unbeatable: directly connected to the airport. Check in / check out processes are streamlined; rooms are clean and neat; breakfast offerings are OK. Surprisingly, wifi is terrible. Prices vary widely depending on the day of the week. Weekday prices are very high for what’s offered.

Reviewed By Andreaclea2The staff where amazing so friendly my option on the French coming from New York was totally wrong they could not do enough and where very willing and able to speak English which was a big help the rooms where great we did not get a balcony as they where full but they got us one as soon as somebody checked out the breakfast was awesome something for everybody rooms where very Clea it’s a 20 min walk into the center of Toulouse and 3 min on the Metro with a station close by the hotel will definitely stay here again

Not only is the location central to all things Montauban, it is also a historic monument of the city itself. Breakfast is incredible, a full French feast for those who are vegan and gluten-free like me or for those who are meat-eaters like the rest of my party. Crepes, poached eggs, lox, fresh fruit, baguettes and croissants — and that's just some of the food! We cannot thank our host, Sanda, enough. She was attentive, kind, and very friendly. She is a delight to speak with. I hope you get to meet her! All of the staff was simply delightful. Those working the concierge / front desk were incredibly helpful, polite and accommodating. We felt extremely well-cared for. Rooms were not only comfortable, they were also very clean with gorgeous views. There is free parking, coffee, water, juice, and wifi. There is also a small business area to print and fax. The artwork is quite eye-catching and the chapel is ornate and quite moving. Montauban is a gorgeous city filled with amazing people, history and yummy restaurants. Whether you stay at the Abbaye or venture out, you will not be disappointed. I never leave reviews yet had to make an exception for the Abbaye des Capucins. If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. We cannot wait to return. Thank you for making us all feel so at home. Beyond excellent service with a view and delicious food. We will be back!! Merci beaucoup!!
