Reviewed By Sally WHubby and I stayed here Friday-Monday on Mem weekend. The room was lovely and clean. When I saw the housekeeping staff in the hallway I told them so and they appreciated the compliment. I will be leaving a nice tip. I am a light sleeper and really appreciate the extra money that Hilton spent on soundproofing the rooms. The hotel is almost full but the only noise I can hear is from the hallway. There is a ton of storage. The breakfast was fine for my needs. The pool is on the smaller side as you can see in the hotel photos. It was warm enough though. I hit it when it was almost empty and it was pleasant. I left when it got busy. There is outside seating with two grills. The kitchen area in the room was nice to have. We made use of the full sized fridge freezer, and microwave. Our room could accommodate six. Two Queen beds and full size pullout sofa. I liked the room divider. Even though there were only two of us and pulled it across at night to help block out any hallway noise. It’s very close to everything. We went to the mall and local shops. This hotel attracts a lot of families as it is close to Legoland so bare that in mind as it will be noisy when busy. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

I was only there one night for a wedding, so I didn’t spend much time in the room but I definitely would’ve liked to enjoy the hotel more if I could’ve. Also, their complimentary breakfast was nice as well! Would recommend for sure.

Bad service and small room
Reviewed By AmmunjeNEven though check in time is 3Pm Room wasn't ready when we got there at 4Pm. Asked us to go to dinner and comeback after the dinner to check in. Who eats dinner at 4PM? Also, needed to change before going out and ended up using the general restroom to change, which was dirty.

Reviewed By hfujohnI frequent the Marriott family of hotels for work but generally avoid Courtyard because they do not have breakfast and when traveling for work breakfast is not an expense item. I booked here bc I was with family and it is close to LEGOLAND. As a whole, it would’ve been fine had I been traveling for work. If with family, definitely go elsewhere. The fist desk person I dealt with had quite an attitude and the interactions below were all with the same person. Upon booking, I booked a King w/ sofa bed room as it sleeps four and should accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids with a variety of sleeping options (one toddler). The room is equipped with a king bed and a twin size sofa bed (didn’t know this existed). Hotel refused to switch us to a 2Q room because of our rate. Room was actually incapable of sleeping 4. Said sofa bed was awful to sleep on too! Shortly after arriving, I inquired if they had any pizza menus. I was told in a huff no and that there’s a menu in there cafe. I was offered a list of local places but it wasn’t actually available when I accepted. Note that I found a row of menus 20’ away even though they didn’t exist. After dinner I noticed that we only had two towels. I went back to said desk person to ask for towels and proceeded to wait for her to finish whatever she was doing on her phone to get them. Technology…Wi-Fi awful. TVs not connected. It’s also the only indoor pool I’ve ever seen that isn’t heated. Water was absolutely frigid.

Very Clean Hotel
Reviewed By R GThis is a new hotel located right off of busy route 211. The hotel is very clean in both the rooms and the public areas. The staff are very professional, courteous and helpful. Check in and out are quick and hassle free. Our king room had a very comfortable bed, a sofa and 2 flat screen televisions, as well as a microwave and mini fridge. Overall the room was great, however, only 2 hangers in the closet, no cups by the coffee maker, no bag for laundry, a pad but no pen and the air conditioner was noisy thru the night. Also, the free continental breakfast was as sparse as I have ever seen at a La Quinta, with minimal options. This is a fine hotel and with a few minor improvements could become outstanding, Again, super clean!

Reviewed By Amy OThis hotel is fantastic and perfect for families! It’s super clean, modern, with great service and conveniently located near a big grocery store and lots of stores and restaurants. We loved that the room was big and had a pull out sofa bed plus a kitchen with fridge, stove, and everything you need. The lobby also had a bar, dining area, pool and gym. We personally love the Aloft hotels and this reminded us of a family-friendly version with all the fun amenities and cleanliness! I would highly recommend if you’re traveling w kids!

Reviewed By Old391Stayed here because it was a Hilton property. Very modern design very, minimalistic, not sure I like it. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful on a dinner recommendation. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I'll probably stick with other Hilton properties.

comfortable and convenient
Reviewed By Soclwkr72Stayed here for a soccer tournament in Walkill (12 minutes away). Never stayed in a Sleep Inn before. It was pleasantly surprising. Very clean, beds were comfortable, typical continental breakfast. Had a Belgium waffle maker, pancake maker that was able to be set to how many pancakes you wanted, bagels, rolls, apple danishes, wrapped cookies, coffee was good. Despite the crowded soccer players at the hotel, Alexis was wonderful at always replenishing and had a smile on her face the entire time. Our team was able to put tables together for a true team breakfast and even took over the tv lounge the night before--a loud bunch but the staff was wonderful! They have an indoor pool and weight room but we did not take advantage of it. Multiple eateries close by. If in the area again, would return to this hotel.
