Reviewed By 376nikitarOverpriced for the service you receive. Will not be coming back. Sites had poor drainage meaning out site was flooded, cones were put up around quarter of our site so we couldn't use it anyway. The things for kids to do are good but that is it and I would not be coming back.

Reviewed By Rogz27Our stay in summer Hill is pretty much a pleasant experience. The host is very friendly, the room is clean, bed is quite comfortable and the added Netflix on a beautiful huge flat screen is a bonus, will definitely recommend.

Reviewed By Leslie CI have stayed here half a dozen times at least, perhaps 10 times in past 2 or 3 years. I was there again March, again excellent reception from Peta and Steve. Rooms are still spot on, clean, in good order, everything works and great layout. Breakfast is still a great meal. The motel has good occupancy rates, a sign of a very good business.

If you will be in town a lot this is the best hotel however if you will be at the beach it will get a little annoying with car parks and the walk to main beach is still long. the pool area is nice and clean but so much concrete

Disorganized, Dishonest and Rude
Reviewed By Douglas FAfter making a non-changeable booking and pre-paying for it several weeks in advance we received a message the evening before our arrival requesting that we call them. Our call at 7:45am was met by a grumpy "You woke us up!" and we were told they could not accommodate us because of a maintenance problem. They said they would send us an email with similar properties and I requested that they notify the agent we booked through so that we would not be charged as a no-show. They promptly hung up on us and did not send the promised email. The booking agent told us that they had overbooked!

We are a Four Star 1 & 2 bedroom fully self contained apartments, located on the waters edge of Lake Merimbula and just a short flat walk to shops, restaurants and clubs. There are 6 one bedroom and 5 two bedroom apartments with one of the 2 bedrooms being set up for disabled. All apartments apart from the disabled has a seperate spa bath to the shower. Two of the one bedrooms have king beds with all others having queen and 2 singles in the 2nd bedroom Crown Apartments have a solar heated pool and BBQ area. Air conditioner/heater in all apartments. We are on 3 levels and have a lift and stairs. There also is undercover car park

Reviewed By Emma EThis motel appears to have been recently renovated, great rooms, comfy beds, beautiful decor and little touches that make the rooms more special, like different tea blends, high quality shower products to use, plus a great shower (rain shower head). Such friendly service and advice and a super price for what you get!!

A little help is sometimes enough

The girls at tween waters shuffled bookings around and my and my girl have been here now two weeks! They offered me a weekly rate as well which was to me, them going above and beyond to help me financially. I'm in the islander cabin and there so quaint ☺️ More than adequate bedding, an ensuite and a full kitchen and aircon! And I can have my pooch with me!!! The manager is an amazing woman who knows what she's doing on all basis which is awesome! And the girls that work the resort whether it be reception, Gardening or house keeping... Always a smile on their faces and a "Can do" attitude and approach to any request. This place should definitely be a "Bucket list" visit. Two thumb's up from me.

Great location, comfortable and quiet, decent facilities for a motel
Reviewed By jebskulkerGreat location near the local shops and coach station, local bus stop not far away either but everything in town is pretty compact, very comfortable bed, fairly decent TV, had all the other facilities I needed including kettle with tea and coffee, nice hot water in the shower, pretty satisfied. I didn't have much interaction with staff at all, nor did I hear any street noise for the 2 nights I was there, and I didn't use the pool as I went to the beach instead, so I can't comment much else on those.
