Reviewed By rjh010605Barely a hotel, given how much is closed. No restaurant, no bar, no lounge and very very empty. The room was comfortable enough, the location suited my needs, but 220 Euros for single bed and breakfast despite the location a bit rich. If all you’re looking for is a bed, a quiet stay but basically no other facilities it’s fine. The staff were pleasant, no negative comments, but probably due to COVID this establishment is sadly decimated.

Reviewed By Costa CI booked through booking and they said pay at the hotel, once got there the night receptionist said the full amount was taken already from the card. I booked a double bed and was given a 2 little single beds. The hallways are pretty dirty. Also note that if you book for longer than 4 days they do not service the room and the laundry costs €6 a pop. The property is a student dormitory and is pretty basic but is saved by its location. The students were quiet and we never really saw then. We also saw a few business people staying here as there are a lot of offices nearby.

The room had clearly been recently renovated -- everything felt so new, modern and clean and the temperature of the room could be fully controlled. The bedding and room decor gave you the feeling that you were staying at a 5 star hotel. This was further enhanced by the Nuxe bath products and the Palais de The teas offered in the room. We could open our double glazed, French windows for fresh air exactly the way a local actually living in Paris would be able to do, allowing our room to feel more open and spacious. The hotel made it hard to forget that you were in Paris, which is exactly how you want to feel when you are visiting Paris! Loved the artwork in the lobby and breakfast room that made us impatient to visit the Eiffel Tower! We were also impressed with breakfast -- it was much more of an elaborate spread than we expected for a hotel of this size and given health and safety protocols for Covid. The environment felt safe and we appreciated both the healthy choices that were offered (fresh fruit, yogurt, etc.) and the more indulgent French breakfast items (fresh croissants, pain au chocolat, bread, cheese, etc.), along with great coffee and tea selection. Overall, super impressed! Everything about our stay was excellent. Would definitely come back!

Flight changes led us to this hotel
Reviewed By Boeing767We had been staying in Clichy, and a flight change necessitated an additional night in Paris. Quick internet search led us to this hotel in Neuilly. Quaint, quite Parisian in appearance … VERY FRIENDLY front desk personnel. We upgraded to a ‘Chambre Prioritie’ and that turned out to be a mistake because it took quite a long time to get the room ready while my son and I waited outside on the Terrace. Service wise, only that and returning to the hotel at night and having to CALL to get someone to answer the door (the door is locked from the outside, and your room card does not open it, you have to press a buzzer and wait … we were unable to raise anyone and had to make a call). As other posters have noted, there is a faint smell of smoke about the property … but we tried to overlook that due to the phenomenal location and friendly staff. Breakfast was good … costs 17 Euro each … but nice selection. Overall, I would go back in a moment. For what it’s worth, we WALKED from there to Champ du Mars, then took an Uber back. The walk there was just over an hour, very easy. We also found great restaurants in Neuilly.

Perfect for a weekend break
Reviewed By Coastal796276I came to Paris for the marathon and stayed for 2 nights at the hotel. It is in a nice quiet neighbourhood very close to the Metro (Anatole France) and still within easy walking distance of the Arc De Triumph which for me was perfect. The room was absolutely fine, basic but very clean. There was coffee and a descent shower, which I needed after the run! Staff were helpful and sorted me out with an adapter. Would stay here again as a base for sightseeing.

Reviewed By 712jadsThe receptionist (female) is very impolite she kept hanging up the phone and wasn’t afraid if we put a terrible rating on TripAdvisor. We had a reservation and we sent an email to cancel the booking; however they withdrew the money from the account and they are refusing to refund the money and refusing to connect us to the manager. Very unprofessional, terrible experience, unprofessional attitude. Very sarcastic

Great disappointment
Reviewed By AlexT3971The hotel cancelled my booking with free cancellation, telling that my card is invalid. The hotel did not respond to my letters with the request to fix the problem or provide explanations. However, the card is definitely valid. It was successfully used many before for book the hotels for other trips without any complaints. Would not recommend this hotel due to their attitude to the clients.
