Reviewed By JackhopperWe spend four night in May 2022. The property is beautiful and well taken care of. Staff is professional and friendly. Our room well kept and hadd comfortable beds, but you could hear neighboring rooms and the corridor, making it quite noisy during the morning, when housekeeping is done. Excellent and fast internet. Excellent breakfast with good produce, Room service menu limited in choice and very expensive. Pool area is very nice and relaxing. Free parking is plentiful. Overall we have a lovely stay and would come back.

Karine, Leá and the rest of the staff are so welcoming that we feel like it's a 'home from home'. Breakfast is simple but fresh and delicious. There is no restaurant for evening meals but there are some really nice ones within short walking distance. The rooms are very clean with nice bathrooms. Looking forwards to our next visit.

Rooms are extremely comfortable and the beach club is also outstanding. It’s very different to all the traditional st Tropez hotels - it’s much better and the staff have a great helpful attitude.

Reviewed By bstuartThe hotel looks and is very run down looking from the car park. Our ‘double room’ was so small it didn’t have a wardrobe or anywhere to hang clothes. We left immediately and moved to the delightful Bienvenue!

Our newly renovated, more expensive attic room that we have reserved was wrongly given to another guest who had extended their stay. Instead of showing hospitality and genuine remorse, the owners insisted that the rooms are the same, though our original room was obviously the more expensive and better room. A French chateau that has seen better days, it now only attracts elderly guests. WiFi was also weak in the attic room unless you go to the balcony. Illumination was also non-existent at the gate if you return in the night, very much like returning to a spooky castle.

On the coast of Azure, in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, in front of the magnificent bay of Cavalaire, Le Parc des Chênes is situated in side of hill in a wooded park of 15 ha. Site disadvised for people with reduced mobility. Barbecue are forbidden in the Var.Ideally placed between Saint-Tropez and Cavalaire, very livened up stations, Le Parc des Chênes is at 800m of the center of Croix-Valmer and at 2km of the sea, with its fine sand beaches and its numerous creeks.
SCAM- if you want to sleep in an ABANDONED PLACE with your bed next to PUBLIC TOILETS, go ahead and book it
Reviewed By Min_PhmThis is the worst stay in my entire life. It’s disgusting how they scam to rent people terrible place and provide an unacceptable service. This is a SHAME of hospitality industry. Pros: sorry but absolutely nothing Cons: - The latest checking time in the world: 5PM. You won’t be able to set your feet in the place before 5pm - Ridiculous deposit: after paying for the room, you have to pay a deposit of 300€. I don’t understand why because what they’ve got to offer is nothing but TRASH. - Room inspection: yes, as if you are renting an apartment for a long time. You have to check every single item and condition of the room which will cost you 1 hour or else, be careful with your deposit. - Bedding: yes, you have to make your own bed. And their excuse is that “they are not a hotel, so no service is offered”. - Bathroom/ toilet : worse than a public toilet. You won’t be able to brush your teeth in there, let alone a shower. It smells urine and obviously they don’t give a damn about the guests. The room attendant came to clean but it got worse with the smell of javel. - Terrace: full of grass, trash and insect - Whole room condition: over 100 years old, that’s for sure. - Cleaning after stay: this sound ridiculous but yes, you have to clean for the TRASH they offer you. You need to give back the room in the same condition, which includes cleaning all the dust on the floor and stuff. Or else say goodbye to your deposit. Obviously there will be no room attendants to clean after this and the next guest will have what we left off. That explains the disgusting smell in the room. Doors are all rusted and dusty. My honest experience was that, and I wished I didn’t get fooled by their fake photos. When I gave my feedback, their response is ‘okay, we are not a hotel, so we don’t provide services like a hotel’ So if you want to make your own bed, stay in the abandoned place, sleep next to a public toilet and get pissed with the staff’s attitude, go ahead and book it. It’s a waste of energy, money, and time. It will ruin your holiday.
