Great stop whilst travelling
Reviewed By Broomfields27We visited LaCluzas in May so pretty much everywhere but the hotel and the supermarket was closed. That was fine though as we were just stopping off on the way to Paris from Italy. For a stop off point the place is excellent.

Reviewed By sander9448475* service throughout. We cannot wait to return. We were made to feel so welcome. The design of the hotel is absolutely stunning, the staff are exemplary. Concierge in advance was so helpful - fantastic restaurant reservations and help with other things like arranging a birthday cake for our daughter. Above anything, it’s the little things that make this hotel, the thoughtful touches - the waitress at breakfast remembering our order of 2 black coffees from the second day, the fact my daughters cake arrived with 11 candles to celebrate her 11th birthday and on our last day, we returned to find our luggage already out of the luggage storage room and waiting in our transfer car. An exceptional hotel with exceptional staff. We will most definitely return!

It is located at the bottom of the slopes.

Stayed for a mini ski break

You have to hold the shower head above your head as it’s Not the right height above the bath! - staff lovely - do not stay in the rooms at front of hotel as there is a noisy bar there. Restaurant in hotel is amazing! Rooms are okay but they need a update and new bathrooms. Staff lovely ! We would return but showers really need sorting. Even a higher hook so you can stand in the bath would be better!!

Friendly hotel with excellent rooms and convenient location in La Clusaz
Reviewed By Ming Keng TWe stayed here for 2 weeks and enjoyed the friendly staff, good sized rooms and beds,and a lovely big balcony with magnificent view of La Clusaz and the mountains. The amenities are very adequate with a kitchenette with hob and microwave, fridge and basic utensils and crockery, also bathrobes, slippers, toiletries and coffee machine. We enjoyed the good quality of the breakfasts but it would be even better if there is more variety rather than have the same for 2 weeks. It would also be healthier to have some greens, tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers, and greater variety of fruits like berries. Another small improvement would be to provide boot warmers in the ski room to dry the ski boots and snow boots since this is a ski resort hotel. A lovely hotel nevertheless.

Reviewed By 19JulesA pleasant hotel, but I feel it was too expensive for what we got. The breakfasts were plentiful and very nice. Our room, however, I felt was very small, just 15 sq.m. Also, although in hindsight we realised the website stated there was a fee, we felt that 12 euros to use the spa facilities each day was excessive.

Nice hotel central
Reviewed By Q9315KEsarahwCute friendly hotel. The room was spacious but basic. Lovely views. Bar nice but pricey. Lovely spa area - pool jacuzzi stems room and sauna and a terrace outside. Spa area clean and didn't get too busy as there arent a lot of rooms. Central location but expect a bit of a trek to nearest ski lifts which is not easy in ski boots not a flat direct walk. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food but the restaurant was usually quite busy looking when we walked past. Kettle in room would have been ideal. Staff were friendly and helpful both when I called prior to ask questions and during our stay. Reception only open 8-8 but if you arrive late they will give you the code and leave your room key and welcome pack on the reception desk. All in all a pleasant stay and would recommend for skiing!
