There are very nice people at the hotel, all where very friendly. The food was very good, everyday different food and it was good quallity. The rooms are really clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

Reviewed By A6649XEemmacJust returned from a week here with friends and family and although overall had a lovely holiday there were lots of points that let this hotel down. Service was hit and miss - we felt like most of the time we were looking to get the attention for someone to serve us whether this be by the poolside or in the restaurants. Often orders would be incorrect when they did arrive, one morning we asked 3 different staff members for our breakfast order to later discover it had not been put through at all - we eventually got our breakfast 45 minutes later. The food choice for evening meals is very limited for a 5* hotel and we very quickly got bored with what was on offer. The hotel is very focused on it’s image when more focus should be on consistent service. The hotel is in a a lovely location it’s very scenic with great sea views but there isn’t a great deal to do in the area. The rooftop pool is beautiful for a day visit. We wouldn’t personally stay for longer than a day or 2 again.

Hotel Torre del Mar is perfectly located for the ideal Ibiza holiday. Standing proudly at the beginning of Playa den Bossa Beach Resort, very close to Ibiza City Centre and only 6km away from the airport. Reviewed By CoupleretreatsI have contacted the hotel prior to my arrival for information and replied quickly. When we arrived the reception staff were very welcoming and gave us some local tourist information on excursions and places to go and see, as our flight came in before check in the hotel allowed us full use of the hotel and had handy changing and shower rooms and lockable lockers that fit your suitcases. The rooms are clean and walking through the lobby smelt so good. Breakfast had good selection they cooked infront of you things like omlettes. Good selections of cheese, hams, salad, cooked breakfast options and good sweet options. I found all the staff welcoming and helpful. The cleaners did a fantastic job and did daily cleans which left the room as if like a first time entering the room.

Enjoyable and relaxing holiday
Reviewed By girliesholidayThis is a very quiet resort with only a few shops and restaurants. Although we did not have a car there is an excellent ferry service to many other towns including the city of Ibiza itself. The hotel was very welcoming and although our flight had been delayed by 16hrs they had provided a cold buffet for our 03:00am arrival!! All staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel itself very clean. When our hairdryer broke it was replaced within 1hr even though it was a Sunday. All in all once we had got over our delay we had a very relaxing holiday and would certainly visit again.

Staff are very professional especially the life guard he’s been very friendly and helpful super inviting. Rooms are very flassshhh clean. As I am a business man the Wi-Fi is shocking. Very poor connection, lost plenty of money due to the lack of service. But do not let this put you off as I would defiantly recommend this hotel Thanks Ibiza rocks We will be back

Reviewed By 528graemeuLast minute trip away with our eldest son following his brother flying out on a school trip. Tour operator didn’t recommend the hotel for families but we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel team welcoming and engaging. Location is perfect if you want to be a little away from the main hustle of Playa D’en Bossa and a five minute walk sees you in amongst the bars and clubs that make this area so famous. Pool was clean and plenty of sun beds and we never struggled to find a place to relax, we opted for all inclusive, no issues with getting drinks and whilst we didn’t go wild we enjoyed drinks all day, the bar did close promptly at 11pm so be aware of you want a drink before heading out. Hotel was not noisy and overall we enjoyed a good few days downtime.

Reviewed By titi1840Marvellous hotel in a very quiet area in the north of Ibiza and next to the famous 'Los Enamorados' hotel. The service is excellent, very friendly staff, very good food, very nice and clean room! it's the 2nd time that we stay in Barcelo Portinatx and we will come back for sure!
