Reviewed By fmrMARINE1970Everthing seemed ok until I got home and asked for my receipt and noticed a 250 charge for smoking in the room. I called and spoke to someone named holly who was very condescending about she found ashes and cigerette butts in the trashcan and the room smelled like smoke. I explained that I had a ground floor room for the purpose of going outside to smoke. The wind was blowing and it was cold so I set in my pickup and smoked with the windows up and put my ashes in bottles and carried them in the room and put them in the trash, instead of throwing them down in the parking lot. She was very adamant that she would not refund the 250 based on the evidence she had. This is a total crock of s---! I never once smoked in that room. My collegues stayed there because I did from Sunday night thru Thursday for a total of 5 rooms. We are all planning to be there again for a week each month for the next six months and we will never stay in this motel or a Home 2 again. I usually stay in homewood, which is a lot more high class as far as the rooms and the employees go. Home 2 is just a cheap knockoff and it shows.

Reviewed By Voyager06502670761We really wanted this property to work for us. The first room we got there was hair & mold in the bathroom and the toilet wouldn’t flush. We went to the front desk and got a new room. The next room was in bad need of basic renovations but the worst part: the door would not lock. (Room was on the 2nd floor) I understand that they are doing renovations after a hurricane but in my opinion this property should be shut down until they can get it “right”. This is not the standard for Hilton. We ended up staying near door at another Hilton property that was newer and MUCH nicer. Until this property gets an overhaul I wouldn’t stay here.

Reviewed By R3t1r3dThis had a rating of 8.4 but I can't see how. It was okay but more like a6. The man who checked us in was bored, obviously. He munched a bag of Sun Chips while doing so and spoke VERY softly. The room was clean but definitely spartanand run down m. There were chips and gouges in the cabinet that held the fridge and microwave as well as some walls. When we saw the four bars screwed to the tiny tub we realized it must be a handicap accessible room. The microwave clunked the whole time it ran, even after trying to adjust the turntable, and the bathroom didn't latch. The breakfast was very good... hot and delicious. The location was great. There were LOTS of places to eat within a two minute walk and even a Tanger Outlet mall across the street. I would stay here again, probably, but I though the $180 price (including the $25 per fee) was pretty steep for the run down room.

Old But Lots of Hot Water
Reviewed By Kaley_DanielThis is an old hotel and the rooms are exterior facing. Though I read some reviews about renovated rooms, we didn’t stay in one. Our room was clean, which is what matters most to me, but yes, outdated. We had two queens and there was just enough room (read “fit like a glove”) for a full air mattress at the foot of one bed between the TV stand and the door (so we couldn’t open the door without standing up the mattress). It was VERY tight quarters for our family - me, 12YO, 10YO, and my husband. We stayed on the lower level and were evidently close to the dumpsters because before 7a Friday there was beeping from trucks backing up, loud scraping of heavy doors, and rumbling carts rolling by. Saturday morning was much more quiet - only the birds were loud. ? The best part of the room was the SUPER hot water in an instant. And, we didn’t have any problems running out of hot water with back-to-back showers. We had the complimentary breakfast Sunday morning and it was standard as complimentary breakfasts go.

Reviewed By sherryjE5814YCHotel was very clean and staff very friendly. It was not crowded at all. Beds and pillows were great. Not exactly in Donaldsonville. Our GPS couldn't find it so we had to ask someone. Breakfast was the norm since COVID started but overall good.

Dually ( our Bull Terrier) was treated like he was the champion of dogs. You would never know this was a pet friendly. No smell or remains out side. Ms Nikki, Ms. Raven and Ms. Precious have got to be the most warm and compassionate people we have ever met. The rest of the staff is just as wonderful. So if you want to be treated exceptional and stay in a good environment, go no further. This is the place. Be kind to housekeepping. They do an outstanding job.

I confided to Laura what happened and she' said "girl.... i got you" Idk what she said to my husband but he's NEVER been more attentive. As an added bonus, she told me to fix my eyebrows She was right. They were awful. Absolutely deserves a raise.

Supreme Inn and Suites is less than 1 mile away from the Lamar Dixon Expo Center, a state of the art multi-purpose event facility. We are also directly across from the Tanger Outlet Mall which offers discount shopping at its best. OK rooms but noisy
Reviewed By viviana747clThe hotel is well located near the highway 10 that runs from New Orleans to Baton Rouge and 5 mins from the Tanger Outlets. No breakfast available, Rooms need refurbishment. Staff, I met two kind, a lady in the evening who was not interested in solving our problem which was that 5 guys were parked outside our room, drinking, smoking and talking loudly, whom I approached several times till we changed rooms ourselves,without help, and another lady in the morning who seemed very kind. There are a few restaurants nearby, such as Cracker Barrel
