Reviewed By totan1014We traveled to Orange County all the time but never stayed at this hotel. It’s a Nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff and good food at the restaurant. My family was very happy with the stay and definitely will return to this hotel in the future.

Great Hotel for a Good Price
Reviewed By GMorin_12This Hotel was great and was very comfortable we stayed there for three days. My only complaints is the rooms do not have microwaves and you have to pay 20 dollars a night to park. The pool is nice and the hot tub. The gym is fully loaded and well equipped. The people downstairs are very helpful. There are a lot of places to eat around the hotel. You get complimentary water bottles all day. The breakfast is a buffet but it costs 20 dollars a person and 10 for kids. They have an open bar and a night restuaraunt to enjoy. Great hotel you get your moneys worth but it is always packed due to Disneyland nearby. Most people only stay at this hotel for disney nearby. People come on and off all day. It is a high traffic hotel. Expect to eat a lot while there since it lacks facilities to store personal food. This hotel is decent but you must have an additional 100 to leave a s a deposit which you eventually get back but you r parking and hotel store visit purchases are taken from. Do not expect to get a full refund though. There are too many incidental fees that get taken from your deposit.

Reviewed By kristree24Staying here was the best stay ever! The front desk Bryan is truly amazing! The rooms were great and clean! When I need things the brought them up to my room! The walk to Disneyland was about a 30 mi. Walk! I wish I did breakfast but we were always gone when breakfast happen! But my kids enjoyed the pool!

Concerning and unacceptable
Reviewed By LovefieldtripsOur family has frequently stayed at Embassy Suites for over 30 years and I appreciate the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the made to order full breakfast. Unfortunately, my stay at the Garden Grove, CA disappointed in the breakfast department. I ordered an omelette with bacon and was told they did not have bacon, only ingredients for Denver omelettes. I accepted this, until they called out that a bacon and cheese omelette was ready for the person that ordered ahead of me. I asked the cook why she had said there was no bacon and she promptly added bacon to my omelette. They had no ketchup available (they said they ran out), but a employee cleaning the dirty tables, went to the back and brought out 2 ketchup bottles and small plastic cups for the guest to serve themselves. The final straw was when I found a metal bolt imbedded in my omelette. I took my plate back to the cook and showed her. She quickly told me that they do not have any equipment with that kind of part. I found that insulting and told her, “Well I didn’t put it there”. A simple apology would have been sufficient. I asked to speak to the manager. A kitchen manager named Palacios eventually came out and just stared at me. I explained the situation and all he said was, “do you want us to make you another one?” I reported this to the front desk manager and sincerely hope that this does not happen to another guest.

A pleasant place to stay close to Disney Land
Reviewed By Thomas BWe stayed here while we visited Disney Land. Its fairly close. I skated to the park in about 20 minutes. (I skate slow). We took a Lyft for $15 to get to the park. The breakfast is OK. There are prepackaged foods available in a fridge. A microwave a waffle maker and a toaster. The parking lot is fenced in and guarded by an electric gate

Room was broken into
Reviewed By purpleorangemooWe stayed at Sheraton Garden Grove-Anaheim South Hotel for our Disneyland trip. We checked in on Friday, February 18, we stayed at the Club Level. We thought it's more secure since inside the elevator it stated to use room key to access that floor. Later we found out it wasn't the case. We checked in and left to grab dinner. we passed no one on our way in & out -- only the front desk knew we left our room because we asked for directions. Within three hours, our bags, computers & more were taken. We were told that they didn't have security footage available (seriously?!). And what's more frustrating was I was able to locate my Mac that night at 4 miles away through Find MY, a police officer went and knocked on their door, but still we weren't able to get anything back! The hotel manager who wasn't able to do anything informed us that the corporate would contact us. And nope, it's been over months and we still haven't heard anything.

Reviewed By nmmanalansanRooms were very clean. Wide range of channels offered on the cable TV. Strong Wi-Fi signal. Friendly house keeping staff. Water pressure for the shower is a little weak. Might have a required water regulator in it. Fridge and microwave worked great. Beds were comfy.
