Reviewed By GB1355I mean, the room was clean but I specifically chose this hotel over others in the area because of the free breakfast. Apparently you have to show up really early to get anything because all that was left at 9 AM other than waffles, sausage and some odd looking eggs were watery oatmeal, and some apples and oranges that looked past their prime. I grabbed a small container of Trix yogurt and some undercooked potatoes which I couldn’t finish. I spoke about it to the front desk, thinking maybe they could put some refills out but I was simply told you have to show up early. I always stay at Hamptons anytime I travel when this is the only time I’ve run into this issue.

Reviewed By kaycee1704The staff at this hotel were very friendly and accomodating. Front desk was exceptional, specially the manager , lady called Kelly if I remember correctly. She was able to guide us on every opportunity as we were there as complete foreigners. Where to shop , eat etc. The breakfast room was excellent, the food delicious. After long time we could enjoy hot food for breakfast in a hotel. Truly a delite to stay here , shame it was only for a few days. Thank you everyone to make our stay truly memorable. ????

You will fall in love with our king and traditional double bedded rooms with desk and easy chair.

Reviewed By PennsypeteCaviet this is during the pandemic. Pool was closed for the summer. One of the two elevators was out of order, making for long waits. We were there for three nights. The air conditioner was out of order. So the first night was hot. We were moved to a second room for the last two nights. Second room had no refrigerator. No daily housekeeping due to covid. Rooms wete both clean. Housekeeping was friendly. When we checked out they ran out to us in the parking lot as we had forgotten something in the room.

Not a bad place
Reviewed By mcoboundNjRecently stayed at this Residence Inn for 5 days while up in NJ for a family thing. The location of the hotel was nice as there are several restaurants and a super Walmart within walking distance. The young lady who checked us in was very pleasant and efficient, and got us on our way quickly. We had a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen. The room was nicely laid out and a decent size. The bathroom probably could use a little updating and a deep clean especially around the vent area, but the rest of the room was clean and very nice. They serve a breakfast in the morning, but you'd be better off going out somewhere (or making your own in the room). We went to the Shore Diner which was within walking distance and the breakfast was good. They also have an indoor pool at this location, however it was closed the whole time we were there which was really disappointing. The pool would have been nice at the end of the day after working all day on my sisters house. Checkout was easy, we just texted them when we left and the bill was sent to the email. Overall, it was a decent stay and I would stay there again when in the area.

Reviewed By Crash PWow. I had to rent a room last minute during the height of "shore season" in May's Landing, NJ and the only place within a decent price range was the Sunset Motel. My only choice was a smoking room. The room reeked of smoke as if a party had taken place, and it was clear that housekeeping didn't even use some fragrance to mask the smell. The poorly lit room had stained sheets, a stained carpet, mold in the bathroom, and there was no towel rack. In fact, the towels were "plastic" material and didn't absorb a drop. The bathroom door frame was falling apart and there was no peephole in the main door. I felt dirty just being in the room and promptly took another shower in the morning to get the odor off of me. This place needs to be razed, to say the least. I will never stay here again.

Tv was not working for hours and then after 2 calls someone came to fix it This was last year and I know a give a very long and detailed review. I went to the office with 2 complaints and the night clerk were very symetetic to my problems but had to no one to remove the [rpblens. It was such a relief o depart the next morning

Reviewed By Artric63This place Needs to be fumigated, we thought it was a great place to just have a fun night , WRONG. INDIAN RUN , dirty smelly , nothing is clean. Musty order as soon as you walk in, we left and had to fight to get a refund. They held back a reservation fee , STAY AWAY. BEWARE. YOU WERE WARNED !!!!
