Reviewed By jdanielsonI stayed here one night on my way up north. My room was very clean. Comfortable bed. The desk staff was very friendly....smiled and said hello each time I came in. My only complaint would be the housekeeping staff. I came out of my room at 830am to run downstairs for breakfast. They had their carts lined up in the hallway between my room and the elevator. And a large bag of garbage directly in front of my door.

Huge disappointment
Reviewed By AmoremommaI arrived to my room; it smelled very strongly of cigarettes. The bedroom doors for the bedroom do not close, the whole hotel room is dingy. (There is a hole in the door, the cupboards are all scratched up, all of the furniture is banged up, the carpet to go to the loft area is disgusting). I called the front desk about the smell and about the curtains having stains all over them; they sent in housekeeping who laughed and made remarks the whole time they were in here! I am very very disappointed in how this room looks this is not at all how I wanted this stay to go nor how I wanted to be treated. My daughter and I were just looking for a fun getaway weekend and are regretting ever booking here…

Needs Updating!
Reviewed By Tiffany PWe have stayed at Staybridge Suites in other places many times and almost have always had a decent experience. We were booked in a 2 bedroom, 3 bed unit and were in town for a bachelorette party. The first room we were placed in reeked of smoke and I was dismayed to see the couch was stained and ripped and all the furniture was in bad condition. The person at the desk did assign us a new room on the 3rd floor and it was also in run down condition, but at least didn't smell like old cigarettes. It is lucky we didn't have to use the pull out couch because that mattress was old and stained. It also looked like no one had ever cleaned under the couch as it appeared someone had crushed a whole bag of chips beneath it. The chair had uncomfortable springs, and my husband had to report that a piece of metal was sticking out on one of the arms because he was afraid someone would get hurt. The cushions were all stained and badly worn in places. I had to ask for sheets to cover the furniture before any of us would sit on it. The furniture in the bedrooms was also very worn and the dresser in one room appeared to be broken. It was a very hot day and our AC unit was set to 71 but would only cool to 74. It was very loud, but luckily the girls in the bedroom that had the AC unit didn't mind sleeping with the noise. The next 2 days were cooler and the AC was cooling better. The girl at the desk was very nice and did offer to have the room deep cleaned the next day. The whole hotel is very much in need of updating. The furniture in the breakfast room was also worn and grungy looking. The carpets throughout the place don't appear to have been deep cleaned or replaced in years, and the stairs were especially filthy. We had also expected a full breakfast buffet and were not informed they were still on Covid protocol. There were bags with fruit, granola bar, and muffins and cereal available. You could microwave your bagged frozen sandwich, grab a cold egg, cheese, or yogurt. We did not use the pool or hot tub because it was usually full of kids. There is a nice courtyard with tables and a fireplace area. The only reason I gave this place 3 stars was because everyone we met on staff was friendly, tried to be helpful, and attempted to resolve our situation. It isn't their fault this place needs a renovation and especially new, clean furniture and a return to better breakfast food. Another strange policy was were were told we couldn't get towel/trash service on Saturday! We had to go get our own towels, had to empty our own trash, with no cleaning services. I don't expect to have to do that at a hotel. I would personally have moved hotels or not checked in, but the rest of the bachelorette party was staying there. We also had a small baby with us and a lot of luggage/baby equipment for our 3 night stay. This hotel just didn't meet my minimum standards and I would not ever stay here again unless it was completely remodeled. I will say, once again, your staff was top notch and deserve a renovated place they can be proud to work at.

Reviewed By CaptainCookieDaddyIt is not a bad hotel but not what I expected from a Marriott. The snow plowing in the parking lot wasn't amazing. The bed was a little hard. House keeping requests through the app were ignored. The common areas and room were clean but need updating. But the smart tv and hot tub were nice additions.

Reviewed By Vacationer826545We literally tried for weeks to get a call back from the spa to schedule 6 women for a birthday celebration at the spa. We never got calls back and had to go in person to confirm the appointments. The day we went to the spa it was so packed full of people we could sit down in the lounge. They had snacks that were pure sugar and no towels out for the steam room and sauna. All of us had a horrible experience and would never go back or recommend this spa. How unfortunate. They were so over booked they took one of our group into a hotel room for the massage! NOT OK!

He contacted the front desk and I walked down with all my luggage to advuse U needed a new room. Now I have to show identification since I needed a new room, eliminating the purpose of digital check in. I was provided a new room and immediately after opening the door I was bombarded with cigarette smoke. Went downstairs again and was offered a third room with little apology. In fact one of the front desk workers sat there smirking never saying a word. I finally arrive in the third room and was able to sleep well. In the morning I find the ceiling ripping apart with thick dust in the bathroom. I can't believe this hotel is brand new, already falling apart, with awful staff. Do not recommend whatsoever and I'm a frequent Home2Suites guest in other locations.

They rush you to check out at this hotel they come knocking on your door and call you to check out! My allergies ? is bad staying at this hotel. Parking lot has pot hole and they don’t take care they lawn care on the property.
