Nice place to stay
Reviewed By pineypaydirtWe stayed here as we were passing through Utah. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. They have an indoor swimming pool was open real late, maybe even open 24 hours. The included breakfast was ok but there are plenty of fast food restaurants behind the back parking lot if you want something different.

There was room to walk without bumping into each other. Beds were very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! Made a breakfast burrito. Lots of options. The homemade yogurt with fruit was so delicious!

Genuinely relaxing experience
Reviewed By Brandon LDriving Seattle to NC… this was the first hotel I finally felt like I could really relax from the road. My dog also really needed a good rest and even she felt right at home here! Genuine, exceptional customer service from the nice folks at the front desk. I believe one was in training and she did an awesome job. Microwave/coffeemaker in room. Small convenience store thing behind the front desk. All the usual amenities. Spacious rooms with high ceilings. Tasteful and updated aesthetic. Nice area with lots of shopping and plenty of food. I’ll surely stay here if I happen through Utah again!

Reviewed By GezenBeyHadn’t booked online so walked in asked for a rate that seemed high so I went next door to Motel 6 that was nearly half price . But you get what you pay for and one look at motel 6 reception and their unfriendly receptionist I couldn’t get back to Hampton Inn faster. Guy at reception very friendly and managed to reduce price as I am a senior. Room as I expect clean , as where corridors and reception area . I was going to leave very early (3AM) so he recommended I call down and they would prepare a ToGo pack . Coffee still free and nice . NO APPLES??? at reception area any longer , come on Hampton don’t be a miser. Bathroom outdated but surprised to find complimentary mouthwash and my phone didn’t work so I called down and reception said USA calls were free. All in all , value for money , enjoyed my stay

Reviewed By Laurence SOnly the 4th floor is available for rooms because it’s mostly renovated. The staff is great. The rest of the hotel is a disaster. Beds were comfy. Tub was old - chipped, grout discolored and cracking. Toilet seat old. Downstairs dining room rug was not vacuumed.

This property needs some TLC and a cosmopolitan make-over!
Reviewed By WallylandoYour basic Comfort Inn, with standard breakfast, however with these caveates: it is ocated outside of the city...most likely serving visitors to the air force base. A Whataburger is located across the street, but there aren't other choices without driving a good distance. The hotel needs maintenance and repairs, with struggling noisy a/c units and hallway vending machines, with flickering and/or burned out lighting. Carpeting is worn and corners/doorframes are notably scuffed of their finish from abuse. However the hotel is kept clean. Major issue for those expecting to rest and relax in their rooms: the tv equipment is ancient and small when compared to the competition and newer Comfort Inn properties. Further, the local cable service is totally inadequate. We couldn't find standard network program channels. The channel directory did not correlate to the broadcasts. This would be a simple fix if the owner or management cared. It is clear that this hotel isn't up to corporate standards. Nonetheless, it offers good value.

Clean and convenient
Reviewed By I6363KQstephenlI stayed here while I had meeting at Hill AFB. It was super convenient to the South Gate at Hill, and there was a nice brew pub a very short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, and would've had a nice Mountain View, but it was a bit obstructed by the massive HVAC unit outside on the roof. I would definitely stay here again.

They Did Me a Great Kindness!

I had lived in this town/area for 1/2 year when my job fell through and housing too. So I'd been away for a while. I returned and arrived sick and very exhausted. The Dr said I wasn't contagious but I was still quite sick. This hotel did let me stay and rest, which I very badly needed. The rest of the area, my old home town, treated me very badly. So badly, that after my night here, I turned right around and left. I was treated badly by all the major faith groups in town: Catholics and LDS. But this hotel was the one kind place where I stayed and regrouped before driving another 700 miles. They were very nice to me when I needed it. I also worked at hotels in this area. Mostly, the hotels in the area are over priced and not very secure (theft is a problem) so watch your things. Most of the hotels here have some significant problems. Of all the hotels here, though, I recommend this one. I did think they had made improvements from when I stayed last, earlier in the year.
