When we entered the hotel lobby, there were a lot of the hotel clerk's friends hanging around the counter and listening to music. The hotel clerk was not friendly at all. He checked in the guests quickly and told them to wait at the end of the counter until he gave them the room key. He handed them the key and pointed to the direction of the room. When he got to us, he checked us in, in about 30 seconds and handed us the key. Didn't tell us where the elevator was and never made eye contact with us at all. One of his friends told us where to find the elevator. The elevator was dirty, the hallway to our room was dirty, it smelled of cigarette smoke, and the carpet was dirty. The phone in our room didn't work. Most of the plugs in the room didn't work. The bathroom floor was sticky. After we went to bed, someone tried to come in our room. Luckily, we had the extra lock on or they would have come in. They said that the front desk rented that room to them. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, not the pillows. We asked the hotel clerk to call us a taxi for the next morning. To our surprise, the taxi driver was waiting for us when we went to the lobby the next morning. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot.

Reviewed By imoseoeI enjoyed my staying at the hotel. The hotel is worth the money paid. My stay in June 2022 was my second stay. i also used the hotel in july 2021. I will suggest that the hotel has a room that can take up about 50 people to be used as a conference room. So that one can use the hotel as conference room as well as accommodation. I will also suggest that regular upgrade on the facility to keep the facility on good condition. I am extremly sure to use the facility again whenever I am in Georgia. I will also recommend the hotel to family and friends, who would like to stay in a hotel when they are in Georgia anytime.

Reviewed By CHYMWe were travelling with small kids and stayed here for a night before our early morning flight out of ATL. The hotel is right next to the SkyTrain station. The check-in process was smooth and the front desk was friendly. They did acknowledge Marriott status. The convenience store is expensive but that is probably expected being in a hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The check-out process was quick. We were able to walk outside the hotel lobby to the train station which is just a few steps away with our luggage. We took an elevator to the third floor for the SkyTrain to the airport. We would definitely recommend staying here for early flights out of ATL.

Reviewed By ronh478Decided to stay overnight in Atlanta and catch a flight out in the morning. Definitely not up to par for a Radisson. Although the staff were very nice the accommodations were less than desirable. Pulled down the window shade and it was all ratty and had holes in it. The bathroom has no soap dish to put the soap or shampoo. The room was very noisy and the planes fly right overhead. Normally I don’t write bad reviews but I wish I had read them beforehand.

Reviewed By ellisivh2015Stay away! We booked 2 rooms, but the assistent general manager only wanted to give us 1 with 2 beds. We paid for 2 rooms and did for sure not want to share. I travel a lot and know mistake can happend, but the way she handle it was truly unproffesional! Beside this the Hotel do not have any food, filled minibar, water etc. You have to order from out side the Hotel. Its also a very strange smell in the rooms. The only good things it took 12 minut taxi drive to the Hotel. The bus shuttle do not work this week. However its only 25 usd with taxi. If you can choose, go for a another Hotel!

Reviewed By G3600OUmichellebThe rooms smell of bleach, not the general cleaning smell, but as if the entire bottle was emptied in the room, I had a difficult time breathing.I then went to alert the managerO.J Harris who was an absolute horror, his tone and demeanor were disrespectful and dismissive .I then asked for another room and the “manager “ told me to bring it down as if I had no right to complain…I then asked for a complete refund…I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS FACILITY AGAIN!!! The manager was deplorable…I wish could less than 1 star it was just that bad!!!

Mysel husband and son arrived early asked for early check in , front desk says it’s 40$ so we waited 230 comes checkin is at 3 but the young lady says the room is ready we can check in…. 2nd floor em 213 I believe…. And who we go inside room and room is Dirty!! Like no on touched it, someone literally woke up n just left… the bed sheet were piled up on bed, dirty towels on bathroom floor,trash full with food and stains on ironing board plus room smelled undress n like smoke… so I snapped images instantly went back down to front desk ….. the young lady was out front talking to an older man at his car….. after 5 min came inside I told her that the room was dirty and she proceeded to say the system doesn’t update which rooms are cleaned and that somebody could of gotten ahold of the room( random person)( like anyone can access these rooms) with that seemed as homeless men were walking around where rooms were ( but I won’t say that because idk if was homeless) the keys stop working after an hr so that was also an issue ,so I actually ask to talk to manager she says he just left, he’ll be back tomorrow sometime, so I ask for a refund n says she can’t I have to contact 3rd party…,I do not know her name because she didn’t have a name tag nor did she greet with name so right there is a red flag…. Very very Unacceptable Will never stay here again and will never recommend More customer service training is needed and apparently house keeping 75$ deposit is definitely a joke not worth it even if refundable smh

Reviewed By Mothert1313Wow not sure what to say. It was terrible. Cigarette burns in the bed spread , dirt of some kind on the bed spread, shear curtains had some nasty stuf on it , maybe vomit? Bathroom stunk to high heaven of stale cigarettes. The tub was stained and dirty and the floor of the room hadn’t been swept in? The handle on the door of the bathroom was broken. We had an upgraded room and there was not a door on the bedroom. The first room they gave us did it have any bedding. If I could give it a negative star I would. The neighbor hood was very sketchy too. The only positive was the staff. Worked hard to get us into a room.
