I loved this hotel!
Reviewed By Cressida CThis is a lovely little hotel by the sea. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was tastefully decorated, and kept immaculately clean throughout our stay. The bathroom was great, with a powerful shower and shower gel/body lotion provided. The room also has a handy mini fridge. The rooms at the front are probably quite noisy as on the road, but the view is worth it. We felt very much at home during our stay. This is a hotel which is doing everything just right. If I return to the area, I would stay there again!

Situated in a calm area, it's attractive prices will satisfy both holidaymakers and business travellers. There is a free parking access (no possible reservations). You will flat screens televisions, air conditionnal, a bathroom and toilets in each and every rooms. WI FI access is free and reachable in all the rooms. On first floor, you will enjoy your summer evenings thanks to our balconies and sea views. Check in and breakfast will be at the Villa des Oliviers
Charming and quiet hotel
Reviewed By SanDiegosunshinesA very charming, small hotel, family run. It’s very quiet and across the street from the beach. The service is impeccable. Although there is not a lift, elevator, all of the rooms are on the second floor. And, Fabrice will carry your suitcases to your room. The Wi-Fi and airconditioning is perfect! I arrived by train, and an Uber was around $9.00 from the station. You can walk to every cafe in town, you don’t need a car.

Reviewed By AndyG521This hotel only opened a few months ago. In all my experience, this hotel lives up to all the best expectations. 1. The Staff are superb. I mean every single one of them. From the Manager (L!) to all the other staff, brilliant, caring and always smiling! 2. The hotel location is 10 mins walk from Cagnes-sur-Mer station. Simple. To catch a train to Monaco in one direction or Cannes in the other direction. Cost: approx €10-12 return. 3. Restaurant. Superb. Quality of food excellent. 4. Rooms. Top quality, linen / beds / bathroom / balcony really good. 5. Roof top pool. Sunbeds and general setting brilliant. So, in summary. Flipping great place to stay.

Reviewed By amjudgeOn a medieval village above Cagnes sur Mer this small hotel is perfectly situated in the village square without traffic- only the clicking of boules and happy cries of children. Upgraded to the suite as there was a problem with a/c ( the Manager put us straight there we didn’t even see the other room). Little terrace with views over the Roman tiled roofs. Big room with tasteful deco and antique furniture. V comfy bed and pillows- modern bathroom- shower pressure and temperature variable but I’m ok with this in old buildings. The manager was really friendly and pro. It was Monday night and the restaurant was open. Really impressed with list of cocktails- a champagne mojito was perfect to watch the sunset. Dinner was excellent, fresh and super well cooked by the young Italian chef. Homemade fois gras followed by risotto lightened with a red pepper purée and fresh lobster. Amazing! Great wine advice from the waiter Nico who’s service, knowledge and friendliness were just impeccable! Would highly recommend for drinks, dinner and to stay. The village is fascinating too. Not much parking so we parked overnight in the underground parking at 16€ for afternoon and overnight. Not too excessive. Good Memories- thank you team Grimaldi!

We got a very warm welcome from the manager responsible of the restaurant. He took care of us with his assistant Aurelia. The manager was super helpful with the menu explanation and suggesting us the best meals based on our requests. A great suggestion also given for the wine in relation to the food we decided to have. Aurelia and her attention to the details was wonderful. The food was also delicious! Nothing to complain about and thank you very much again to the manager!

Reviewed By Francesca SBrasilia hotel is the best , clean ,quiet and excellent service . when I had sated there only a week it was the best hotel . it have everything .The hotel is away from the main streets, and therefore fairly quiet. Absolute silence is, of course, impossible, as the train station and the main highway is only a couple of blocks north, and the beach is only a few blocks south. This taken into consideration, it is most excellently located and as quiet as can be. The room was clean, bathroom had a the good old tub-with-shower combination (no shower curtains, so careful! As such, identical to the solution my parents' have, so I'm used to it), they cleaned the room every day. Balcony equipped with table and two chairs, great for relaxing before hitting the sack. And a price that certainly was well within my budget. I found the staff always smiling and helpful. If I return to the area, this is definitely where I'll be staying.

Reviewed By carrie47267Stayed in this hotel as visiting the racecourse, which is a short walk away. Excellent location also for the sea-front and decent local bars and restaurants. Rooms are simple and basic but have everything you need for a short stay.Small balcony(in our case, without a decent view!) Comfortable beds, ample storage, coffee and tea-making plus bottled water, small bathroom with everything you need, separate toilet(unfortunately no hand-washing facility in this room),Plentiful breakfast with a good variety of items on offer, Above all, charming and helpful staff.

Nice and good situated
Reviewed By KatarinaM654Travelling with kids and a dog this is a nice option. Big apartement, well eqipped for reasonable price and parking available directly in the building. Few minutes from the beach with a very nice promenade and lots of restaurants and bars. You can have nice breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner. At the beach there are plenty possibilities. In winter you can rent a bike. One of my favourite promenades, connected to the Promenade des Anglais in Nice. And only 10 minutes by car from the airport
