Really a good hotel
Reviewed By FmsenaWe stayed just for one night. Our stay in the hotel was perfect. Staff very friendly. It is true there is no wi-fi in the rooms, but the quality of the rooms and the service compensate it. I certainly recommend!!

Unique breakfast with many hand picked Corsican artisanal foodstuffs. We also enjoyed Bonifacio-grown red wine by the glass at the bar before dinner each evening. La directrice nicely designed the lobby decor with bone fide art sculptures. This hotel is at the crest of the seaside cliff, so wind will be a gift from Mother Nature. It is part of the experience to watch the whitecaps. The rooms and the entire hotel are very, very clean. There is a commitment to quality and hygiene here. One piece of advice--spend a little more for the ocean facing rooms and ask the staff for beach recommendations based on weather and traffic on a given day. This is a highly well-managed hotel and I cannot say enough about the high quality of the staff. Also easy walk to the town for evening restaurants.

Our view was awesome so it wasn’t really an issue. I would recommend this hotel because of how handy it is to bars, restaurants etc!!

Reviewed By danwil2021we visited the hotel at the end of our 2 week trip throughout corsica. it gave us exactly what we needed, some relax & quality time, at great pool, very discrete, surrounded by wonderful nature & views in luxurious environment. rooms were what they needed to be in such environment, the staff was very helpful. if any minor point, it could be the lack of restaurant at evening but great places available at the beach and in bonefacio.

I had the view on the sea and I have to say that the heated swimming pool is clearly a plus, especially when you are travelling in October. Owners are very nice and helpful. The beach is very close to the casarina village and it is very easy to walk there. I really enjoyed the place.

Reviewed By Anna SWe spent 2 perfect days here to start our honeymoon. The hotel is absolutely beautiful with a ‘small’ feel but great facilities. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly - truly amazing. The thing we were most surprised by was the food. We spent the rest of the week eating our around Bonifacio and Porto V and nowhere stood up to the quality of the restaurant. After a week of festivities for our wedding, we both agreed it was the perfect place to unwind and indulge, discretely

Nice but not perfect
Reviewed By 619thibaudvThe place is nice, it is close to nice beaches and walks. The staff is nice. We staid there for 8 days, having fun in Bonifacio, Piantarella beach and windsurfing. We had two problems : no wifi in the room and the air conditioner was no working well. The Studio has a nice price-quality ratio, but the price of the room was less justified. Unfortunately, the swimming pool of the villa was closed, even for poeple who took a room in the villa, except if the villa is fully booked by the same groupe/familly.

Words can’t describe the views: hotel is split in two pieces, one at the top by the citadel with great pool, spa, restaurant and outside space, the other at the port with 3 large rooms inches from the water. One of the best staffs we have experienced. Absolutely fantastic service including shuttle up/down the hill, reservations, the whole thing. See room pix on website.

Charming stay near Bonifacio Port, but with some flaws
Reviewed By L2593EUjasonbThis is a great little property with a private feel to your stay as their rooms are individually curated and separate from reception / other rooms. Location is pretty good although you'll need a car to get anywhere. They were super helpful and accommodating. They helped us get around on the days we didn't have a rental car. The biggest challenge for us was the lack of Wifi ( We work while travelling) and there's also barely any cell phone service as well. The restaurant is michelin rated, had live music, but the food and service was 3/10. They were very apologetic about the evening because they knew they dropped the ball, so it is what it is. I would recommend this place because overall it was a good stay, but if I go back, I will stay somewhere else.

Reviewed By Olivia1066Nice hotel but well overpriced for what it was. We spent 2 days in the hotel following completion of the GR20 so it was great to rest and relax. Food was good but very pricey for what it was and the hotel rate itself was too much for the service that was given. Service was very poor. That said, the area and surroundings of the hotel are stunning, the decor is great and rooms are very comfortable. The director and owner of the hotel are charming and very welcoming.
