Comfortable and Convenient
Reviewed By Travelling_AxeThis Albergue is located in the centre of Vall de Boi, in the small village of Barruera. It's right on the main highway that runs through Vall de Boi, but it's quite quiet, as there is limited traffic through the area. The village has a few restaurants, all within a couple of blocks. Parking is readily available on the street. There is also a small Romanesque church in the village (the church is only open in the mornings). This location is ideal for day trips by car to see the other villages and churches in Vall de Boi. They have a couple of buildings. Ours was across the street from the office. We had a room with a small balcony overlooking the main street. The room was comfortable, though a bit small and rustic. There was only 1 power outlet, and it was situated behind one of the pillows on the bed. So, this made it impossible to use at night. The balcony was above the area where people smoked, so fumes were an issue. Some of the villages in the Vall de Boi are quainter and more walkable.

Reviewed By aserffStayed with my family (wife and 3 years old daughter) in a triple room and was everything great. The rooms are super clean and tidy. Renovated bathrooms perfectly cared throughout the days we were there. Besides that, the most important thing, the staff of the hotel is absolutely amazing, they treat you like family. So nice and kind at every moment of our stay. Lastly, but no least, the food. You wouldn't expect to have such great food there and the food is really good. Their meat is great, soups and everything else. Great breakfast as well. Oh, yes, the location is great. Very central and walking distance to everything, and about 10-15min to Boí Taüll Ski Resort. Thanks a lot for everything! We´re definitely going to be back.

A small and very quiet family-ran mountain campground. The terrain is flat and very shady and the grounds are located right next to the riverside promenade, playgrounds and picnic areas .

Reviewed By S6184IOelenacFuimos hace 1 semana con un grupo grande. Mitad de chicos con parálisis cerebral y mitad de voluntarios. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas y sobretodo los dueños muy majos. Nos ayudaron en todo lo que pudieron e hicieron un fin de semana muy fácil y cómodo. Nada malo que decir. Comida espectacular!

Reviewed By ArdillaMLos dueños muy amables. Apartamento espacioso y bien equipado. Muy buena ubicación para visitar el Valle de Boí. Lo negativo fue la cama, muy incómoda y pequeña para dos personas, demasiado blanda, los días que estuvimos dormimos bastante mal y nos levantamos con el cuerpo peor.

Cuidado von dar el numero de tarjeta
Reviewed By 399juancarlossContrate dos noches. Estuvimos la noche del 19 y entregue las llaves el 21 a las 11 de la mañana. Al devolver las llaves nos dimos cuenta que nos habia cobrado 3 noches , le reclamo mi mujer y nos dijo que ella dos noches no alquila que perdia el alquiler del fin de semana, excusa abdurda ya que se le entregaron las llaves el viernes a las 11 tiene tooodo el fin de semana por delante. Asi que cuidado con dar el numero de cuenta y la fecha de caducidad de la tarjeta te cobra lo que le da la gana, ya que este chiringuito ni te manda pirvemaul la factura de reserva y le tube que exigir un comprobante de la entrega de llaves. El apartamento lleno de moscas, las puertas no cierran, hay un bar al lado que es imposible dornir hasta altas horas por el ruidos y las risas de borrachera, el calentador esta en medio de comedor, dudo que esté legalizado . Me toca reclamar a traves de mi banco. Cuidado con esta con dar datos bancarios.

Big and cozy rooms but old bathrooms
Reviewed By IamfromBarcelonaReasonable price for a quite comfortable and big room. If you are in Boi for a few days, only for trekking or skiing with friends, it is a good option, but I would not go with family or for more than two days. Bathrooms need a refurbishment!
