Reviewed By Claire71londonThe staff at this hotel are incredible. I’ve worked in hospitality for 30+ years and the treatment & support I received from the staff here was some of the best experienced. Especially a receptionist called Ayquri, who went above & beyond daily. The rooms are to be expected, very clean & comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful & of good quality. The area around is not the nicest part of Paris by any stretch but the staff here will look after you.

Save yourself the trouble and go to ibis
Reviewed By Reg EBecause of the train strike, I found myself needing to book a hotel near the airport for an early flight. This is the only thing this hotel delivers on, proximity to the airport. But again, the ibis is just in front so... Anyway we arrived late as had to drive 3 hrs after work to Paris. The speaker of the intercom for the driveway did not work that well and could barely understand but it seemed the guy could not find our booking but let us in anyway. On check in, we discover that IT system is down and they only have this printed out paper of all the bookings. He finally found my booking so great. BUT then he asked me to leave my passport or ID AND write down in a piece of paper my whole credit card details.this started to be weird. He said he needs both to be able to process payment- isnt this info in booking.com already? We resisted because I did not want my card information along with my identification in some random drawer in a reception that is not manned all the time. He even showed and put on the table a number of ids and passports along with the paper with the card info to show that it's ok, other people did it. Hello? If i had evil intentions i could have stolen a look at that info. Anyway so finally faced with the choice of sleeping in the car or giving the info, we finally did. In the morning i complained to the new person manning the reception and she told me that it's ok, that was how things were done 10 years ago. Okaay On top of it, the hotel has definitely seem better days... Overall just go to ibis and spend a fraction bit more for less hassle

Reviewed By Dirk_D_65I've stayed in many not good or very basic hotels in many countries, but never had such a bad hotel. The rooms are all very dirty and have an old, worn out equipment. Cleaning is probably only on the fly in the middle of the room or the bathroom. The corners and edges have not been cleaned for a long time, because dirt, dust and hair is already deposited. The mattress and the bed frame are also the lowest category. The rooms are quite small. When showering you put the bathroom under the water, because there is no suitable shower enclosure. Some other rooms even had black mold infestations on the walls. Strangely enough, most of the rooms smelled as well. The poor breakfast was not worth the price: coffee, croissants, few baguette, butter, jam, cheese, Nutella. That was it in principle. Eggs and more hearty etc.? None. (Ok, in France, breakfast is traditionally not as rich as in England, Germany or other countries). I had not booked the hotel myself, and had I read the reviews for the hotel earlier, I probably would not have started the trip. At the check-out we were not even asked if everything was ok - the staff probably already knows the answers. Conclusion: better not stay here !!!

Reviewed By RadioTircoedA stopover between the Dordogne and Bruges. The hotel was fairly quiet for January but it was easy to find. Private parking essential for us (needs to be reserved). Small but comfortable room. Well heated. Great shower Breakfast served at table and perfectly adequate. We will use this as a stopover again. Highly recommended.

Can't find Entrance
Reviewed By NollanFirst if all I could not find the entrance. I came with a motorcycle and saw what I thought was a rear service entrance with a locked gate, so I tried to go to the front and ended up going into the highway. I had to exit the highway into a multiple exit and chose the wrong exit ending up circling Goronor and back to the lock entrance of the hotel 30 minutes later. After talking through the intercom, the gate opens and allows me to check in. The staff was friendly but I have to lug my bags up the 3 storey. There is no lift. Hotel has a shared bathroom as stated. Otherwise room and toilet is clean. This is a no frill suitable only if you just need a place to sleep. Shops are far away and there is one restaurant next door.

Shockingly terrible!
Reviewed By Fruit VWe stayed here for one night during our layover in Paris. People were roaming the halls and being loud. There was no bathroom in the room only a sink. The communal toilet was very unclean. The entire place smelled of old food and the air was stuffy. The staff was also very unfriendly and had double booked us and refused to give a refund.
