Great breakfast and the restaurant service and quality of food was very good. Swimming Pool was a good size, warm and clean. Location superb, close to the river and the canoeing, relatively easy walk in to Town and easy driving route through the Gorge

Excellent stop on the way to the South
Reviewed By Mark NVery nice and clean hotel some kms away from the centre of the village. Quite location. Recently renovated rooms with a large shower. Closed parking and a garage for bikes. Very friendly welcome and service. To be recommended as ideal stop underway to the south and for bikers on the ViaRhôna route.

We chose the hotel because of its secluded location and what it had to offer, and our expectations were more than exceeded. As most of the other guests were exploring the area for hiking, we had the hotel, phenomenal pool and relaxing spa area to ourselves most of the time. The dinner on the terrace with breathtaking views also left nothing to be desired. The room (in the main house) was more than spacious and very stylishly furnished. The owners, service and chef were also more than friendly and helpful. We loved every second with you and enjoyed it to the fullest. Heartfelt thank you.

Staff were wearing masks and breakfast was a good buffet. easy to walk into the town from here and has private parking on site. Also very near to where we were meeting for our kayaking trip the next day.

Reviewed By M0use123The hotel itself was lovely but not exactly a picturesque situation but the grounds and pool were very nice. The main disappointment was that upon arrival at 15:30 after driving nearly 8 hours from Luxembpurg, we reserved a table for dinner for 19:30 inside. We sat down for dinner were served the smallest gin and tonic in what appeared to be a tiny brandy glass. We then sat there for over 45 mins whilst everyone outside who arrived later than us were having their orders taken and food delivered. We could not attract anyones attention until I resorted to clapping my hands. We were apologised to but they said they would be with us shortly. Another 15 mins went by until we decided enough was enough and we walked put and had to go to Mc Donald's which sadly was the only other thing available in the close vicinity.

Wonderful breakfast served on the terrace. Pool area is perfect for relaxing. Huge thanks to Marie-Antoinette for being the perfect hostess. We should have stayed another couple of nights.

WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVER / MONEY LOST

For 24 hours no-one answer to the phone...after that we talk with M.me Corinne, who was asked to change our booking: she close the phone call,,,So we tried to book with Booking and we succeded, but the Director told us that we were not welcome and cancel the booking. Definetely a prehistoric behaviour.
