Fancy hotel but lacks training
Reviewed By didarx79The hotel is new and fancy, but need a lot of improvement. First of all, the biggest problem was that the bathroom doesn’t have any exhaust vents. There is a window, but with the scorching heat, you wouldn’t want to open the window. A day before we were due to arrive at the hotel, their receptionist called my cellphone on a weekday at 11am while I was at work it’s ok if they called once or twice and wait until I call back. But no, their receptionist kept calling my number at least 10 times. I finally called back after my meeting, at noon, and they only wanted to confirm if we are checking in the next day and what time we would arrive! It’s not as if I could still cancel my reservation since the policy doesn’t allow it. I told their receptionist, if someone doesn’t pick up after one or two calls, you should wait for a while and not bomb call the customer! If they called from a cellphone, I could have texted back to say I cannot answer the phone right now, but they called from a landline so I couldn’t reply. Lastly, one of my family members had to leave earlier than the rest of the group, and she accidentally took one of the room cards with her. The receptionist made a big deal of asking where the card is and had their staff go looking for it in the rooms. Finally, she replied that I have to pay 200 ntd for the room card. I asked if it was written in any of their policy or did they inform us when we checked in. She had to go ask the manager again, we have been waiting for at least 20 minutes by then. She came back to say that we didn’t have to pay the fee this time but next time if we stayed at the hotel, please return the card. There are some nice things about the hotel, it is clean and fancy. Their breakfast was good. But with some really bad things, it would make you forget all about the good points.

Wonderful Stay, beyond expectations
Reviewed By Iparasi78The quality of the guest house exceeded our expectations and surpassed other hotels (offering full services), which we had stayed in during our 2 week stay in Taiwan. The rooms look very new so would imagine they are only years old, no wear and tear and beautifully designed with minimalist design. They are an eco guest house and therefore will offer rubbish collection, towel change and bed making for short stays, but no cleaning if less than a few nights stay. We stayed for 2 nights. The do not offer breakfast, but recommended the Anping Market which is directly across the road from the guest house, literally a few seconds across. The only set back, is alot of the foods in the market are sold uncooked and little variety if you want cooked, and with kids in tow that can be a challenge, as cooked food is local foods which kids did not fancy as much. Luckily we found a stall selling freshly cut fruits and prawn dumplings, so had these for breakfast for the 2 nights. Reception is open at certain hours only, so we had to arrive by 8.30pm as they close from then until 9am the next day. I am not sure what would happen if you have a late flight resulting in a late arrival to the property. On early departure there is a drop box to leave keys if the reception is closed. All in all, we loved the small family accomodation feel, we naturally do not like big hotels, so this was perfect and more discreet. We would stay here again.

Reviewed By Miaaasadas積分入住，第一次住雅樂軒，這家雅樂軒算是高價位，但因為看到一些評論，選擇積分入住比較不難過。 實際體驗感： 缺點： 地點偏僻：建議開車出行，這附近非常偏僻，附近沒什麼商店。 隔音不好：遇到隔壁住客素質很差，一直大聲甩門，致電前台前台也沒辦法約束。 食物ㄧ般：台南美食很多，這點無所謂 基礎房沒有浴缸、 清潔比較馬虎（但這似乎是新飯店常見的問題） 電視台選項少。 優點： 空間大，天氣好的時候夕陽很美、床墊是知名品牌，好睡 總結： 以原價大約四千元來說，台南有更多選擇，積分換房或者是抱持體驗的心情來住比較好，附近只有億載金城一個景點，強烈建議開車。 新飯店成長性還很大，祝福。

Family Visit

Move Hotel was ideal, short walk from family, modern, clean, helpful staff and a quiet location. Situated opposite open space and with good facilities for guests the hotel is recommended. As we were so close to family we had booked room only which suited us. Can however recommend the hotel with its swimming pool and fitness centre.
