Totally opposite to what I thought it was going to be. Very professional staff and clean with all facilities. Best night sleep for two nights even though I was in a 10 bed dorm. The only fault I can say is there were no chairs in dorm and because I was on second bunk it made it a bit hard to put shoes on. Besides that 10/10.

Clean room, poor value

Reviewed By TristanC492

I stayed in one of the private rooms with a bathroom. Staff and cleanliness were 5/5. Minus one star because it is work about $80 but cost >$150. Minus another star because for >$150/night you shouldn't have to supply your own soap and shampoo. Room was a little cold (with no temperature control) and noisy also.

Honestly, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The people who run this establishment are brilliant. Their happiness and their hospitality is infectious. Beautiful rooms, excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities. But…the friendliness is what I will tell my friends about. I can’t wait to be back there in two weeks. Thank you! Xx

I've stay there quite a long time during the 2021 year and I was feeling like I was at home. The number of guest was very low because of the Covid. The staff is nice and the small size of the hotel makes it feels as a second home. I've got good memories from this place

Booking cancelled without our knowledge

Reviewed By 710lorev

On arrival in the Hostel the door was closed, even during reception hours (as stated on the door). We could get inside because a guest was leaving. The receptionist didn't find our names at first, but after a few minutes he remembered there has been a problem with our payment and they had tried to call me to tell this. I didn't receive a call, but I did receive a confirmation email, stating that our booking for 2 nights was confirmed. Never received another email or message to tell us otherwise. No help or sympathy neither from the receptionist to find us another accommodation for that night.

Kerry and her team, will do anything and everything possible to make your stay run as smoothly as possible. On the odd occasion there was an issue, it was dealt with swiftly and thoroughly. Be sure to make use of the free gym passes, gym is top notch. Great location, close to Broadway Shopping Centre and a quick bus ride or walk to Central Station. Good range of events on weeknights too.

Waiting for repatriation

Reviewed By blue_ringed_platypus

We stayed at this hostel because it was the cheapest Sydney option at the time and we were waiting for repatriation flights, and we were pleasantly surprised. It is easy to pick apart hostels these days, and there were definitely a few things that could have used some attention, but I feel that we got excellent value for our money and that is what matters to me at the end of the day. We had wifi, hot showers, and were given beds in the same dorm even though we arrived at the height of Easter weekend. We got what we paid for.
