Good Location... and that's it.
Reviewed By travelpaulojohnYou are basically paying for the location in this lodge, as it is right at the center of Calle Crisologo. But if you consider the cleanliness, the bathroom, and the staff, then you will realize that it is NOT WORTH THE MONEY. For the room, it is spacious but it was dirty and has ants. I followed where the ants are going and found left over foods, under the bed, from previous guest. For the bathroom, shower's drain was clogged and poor water pressure. Tip: there are other hotel that are just less than a minute walk from Calle Crisologo and they are way more cheaper and better.

Reviewed By Michelle CThe whole facility especially the rooms need refurbishing. Couches are falling apart, bed mattresses are harder than wood, wardrobe doors need repair and the toilet is just malfunctioning all the time! There are no extras like toiletries, no coffee/tea making facilities and WIFI. To think that the room is priced at Php 3k+! It’s a sad sight that cannot be pleasant after a long drive from the south. The beach is clean but water current is quite strong and deep but that’s expected in this area as it is a popular surfing spot. Point is, there’s not much to offer here when you only want to relax and spend some time by the beach and have no plans for surfing. The worst and most annoying part was waking up because of the noise from the the hotel staff below and the ridiculous hammering inside the room because the staff had to repair our toilet at 7 in the morning! Partly was my roommate’s fault for being inconsiderate to people sleeping and just wanted to get things done right away. However staff must be trained properly to ask whether the repair would disturb anyone. Also had the toilet been functioning properly this repair would have been unnecessary and their guests would at least enjoy a proper sleep. It’s also safe to say that the walls are too thin in this old hotel!

Reviewed By shedrik gThis is a brand new hotel not quite finished but open for business. They need to refine themselves a bit by providing soap and shampoo. Rooms are very clean but are very basic. They should learn to not knock on people's doors at 7am asking them if they want breakfast. Just a little too early for us.

Tiny rooms, mattresses on the floor, no hot water, shower broken so had bucket showers, AC leaks and woke up to a flood. Creepy vibe. Paid for "private floor" yet were unable to lock the common room due to staff having to pass through to get to their rooms. Advertises included parking which is really street parking which might or might not be available upon arrival. Entire place needs tearing down and re-building.

Worst Hotel in La Union
Reviewed By RWycliffWe made a last minute booking in CT Apartelle for 1 night for 3.4K pesos. The hotel is the worst hotel in La Union. Please don't be fooled by the photos online. The room provided to us was in the basement that looked like and smell like a sewer. Our room had a door of a toilet cubicle, our bed sheets and towels stinks, they didn't provide any toiletries, they don't even have a Wifi, also no water heater! To make it worse, there's a pvc pipe in the bathroom which was connected to the other room and we can hear everything from the other room and cigarette smoke was belching from the pipe. Water also leaks from the bathroom when someone takes a shower. Toilet bowl didnt have a seat cover and a tank cover. Plumbing of the toilet are really bad. I hope you could help me dissipate this legal scamming of CT Apartelle as the price doesn't give justice at all. Value for money is zero. The only person you can talk to is the custodian/ carinderia cashier.

Nice for Sleep and Go
Reviewed By Jen MAffordable Rest Area for Commuters. Very Nice Staff too. The area nearby the beach, but you need to walk around 50meters to be on good side of swimming areas, also great for taking photos. Along the hi-way so it is accessible.
