Reviewed By Kkat2021I have come back to this cabin because it is much cleaner than other cabins that I have visited and has been taken care of by the owners and guests alike. The hot tub has always been cleaned well, I can't say that about every place that I have stayed in the past. I like how cozy the cabin is, it is just the right size for two people. I like the privacy of the woods, it has always been peaceful and quiet during my stays. The pool table is one of the main reasons for choosing the cabin in the first place. I once stayed in a cabin that had a pool table so close to the walls and the kitchen counter that my pool stick would hit the walls or the kitchen counter tops when trying to play pool, it was very frustrating. I have not had that problem at Peek A Boo. I have always rented cabins with pool tables, and the condition of the pool table is much better than most that I've seen in the past. I have stayed once in Peek A Boo when we were able to use the fireplace and I love that it is a wood burning fireplace and that wood is provided, The cabin smells so good when I first come in the door even though the fireplace hasn't been used in a little while I can still smell the wood smoke scent. Everything that is provided in the kitchen is wonderful. I appreciate the dish soap, dish washer soap,laundry soap,hand soap and shampoo. CP and Rachel are outstanding hosts!

Reviewed By M0m_0f_all_B0ysWe stayed in Smoky Mountain Charm #107 it was perfect for my family of 5. It had an extra pullout we didn't know about so this cabin could sleep 6-7 comfortably. It was clean, it was quiet and it had the necessities. Appliances worked, has 2 balconies and somewhat close to pool The only negative would be the abundance of spiders we had to kill but we were in the mountains. There was also some animal in the walls between the fireplace and wall we could hear scratching and making noises. One more negative is the bottom balcony was not screened in so sitting out there in evening was not fun due to mosquitoes and the squirrels eating the cornhole bags. Besides that it's quaint, cute and tastefully decorated. We would definitely come back. Thank you for hosting the Florida Shockers.

Reviewed By bonitar0769We just returned from a 6 night stay at Cozy Cabins and Cottages; we stayed in the Annie Oakley cabin. The cabin is clean and well furnished; the beds are very comfortable. Made good use of the kitchenette for many meals. The grounds of the property are gorgeous and very peaceful; we enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings and the evenings and enjoyed some rainstorms from there as well. Great location inside Fall Creek Falls and close to all the activities in the park. The property owners are very nice and accommodating; when I needed to extend my stay for a day on a busy weekend they were able to move things around to allow me to do that. Very impressive! Please note that cellular service is not available on property if you are with Verizon as they must not have any towers nearby however the resort offers wifi for any emails and such you need to do. You can get a cell signal about 1 mile up the road and once we got used to this fact it was kind of nice being cut-off for a while. We found out time at Cozy Cabins very enjoyable and relaxing and we will stay with them again the next time we are visiting family in the area.

Reviewed By WanderlustingforlifeWe had a pretty nice stay here. The property is beautiful. Our treehouse was a lot more rustic than luxury, which is alright, but not 100% what I expected. This was our first trip to the Gatlinburg area. I would never stay somewhere without a full kitchen again - the local restaurants are not really our style, and super crowded with long waits. We limped along with a fridge and a toaster oven, but it would be really nice to have an actual kitchen. We really appreciated the nice outdoor spaces and fire pit here. Beds were not the greatest, particularly for the cost of the treehouse. My kids loved it and had a great time!

Willow Grove Resort has comfortable, modern one, two and three bedroom cabins. Each is fully equipped with central heat and air. All of our cabins are right on the shoreline of beautiful Dale Hollow Lake. Large families, try our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin with spacious 21' x 30' kitchen/living area. It sleeps 21 people!

HORRIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF BOTH AT NAVY BED NUMBER AND ON BASE
Reviewed By Marie PBooked these in advance for my family to stay but things changed and even though 7 days out the cancellation policy is 25% or 1 full night, so 25% is the cheaper of the two so I got charged 1 full night for two cabins. Other post on trip advisor showed negative reviews and ended up being cheaper to stay in a nice hotel with breakfast. The agent literally hung up on me before I was finished talking. will also be submitting a better business bureau complaint.

Reviewed By rebekahandrews19IF YOU ARE READING THIS DO NOT STAY HERE! ONE OF THE MOST DISGUSTING PLACES I HAVE EVER STAYED! The night we arrived checkin was at 4pm! We were not allow to enter the cabin because the cleaning crew (only 2ppl) were not done so we had to wait over 2hrs to enter the cabin! If it was not for 2 of my cousins in our family offering to help the cleaning crew we wouldn’t be able to even get in the cabin until after 8pm. And speaking on cleaning my 2 cousins who offer the clean wipe down the counters and one swept the main floor. But the cleaning crew really can’t clean the bathrooms were disgusting. The corners of the bathrooms were filthy and the hot water never worked! They advertise it was a wheel chair accessible ramp at the property for our elderly grandmother however when my cousin call to ask why the ramp wasn’t there they made some excuse. So we had to carry her in her wheelchair up the stairs to enter the cabin. It gets worse! My amazing cousin who planned the family trip went around to each room and notice there were no Queen futons only twin size and several of the futons were broken in the rooms, so most definitely false advertising, they advertised queen futons. We get in there and start to prep our food and a roach comes out from behind the stove when the food starts. We kill it but now we know if there one there’s a whole bunch of them crawling around. So now we can’t even just leave our suitcases open because we’re afraid to bring roaches to our home! It get worse! My husband and I had a roach on our bed the next morning!!! CAN YOU SAY FREAKING OUT!! We requested a new mattress and bedding for our room.. do you think they ever brought it?? No they said they would have to get it approve from the owners. They never brought anything and we stayed 3night and 4days!!! Man what type of management company do not have permission to do anything without the owners permission. It’s really pointless to have a management company if you cannot do nothing to the property. The property also had a water leak! The upstairs pipes leaked on the main floor and soaked up the couch. The Freezer was broken! It never froze our food and we brought a lot! So it was a big lost of food gone! The upstairs balcony had dog poop on it from a previous family. It so much more I could say but I’ll end it with this! The property wouldn’t be that bad if the property was maintained but they do not take care of the property as they should. If it was for our family just keep a positive attitude amongst each other it would’ve been a horrible trip. They did bring maintenance man in but the maintenance guys were not able to fix anything that needed to be fix and the roaches they offer to bomb the cabin but we would have to be gone for 4hrs and who want roaches to be coming out more and we having to kill more and bring some home in our luggage. Long story short it’s a catfish nothing is how it seems in the photo and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
