Reviewed By BritAusDirty suite with a cockroach problem, astronomical electricity charges, noisy weekend parties, and broken promises. We stayed here for 4 weeks pre-paid and wouldn't do so again. The place seems run down. It may be because of the current situation, but it's not difficult to clean thoroughly before guests arrive and once weekly, and for management to follow up on requests e.g. fixing the safe, and scheduling housekeeping. We don't have an issue with the young men who carried out the housekeeping service. Perhaps they have been poorly trained and the place is understaffed.

Nice clean modern and good wifi
Reviewed By cecaroZac and his wife Jeanette are very kind and helpfull. Also the staff is very friendly. The bedrooms are modern and very clean. Breakfast is good. A big plus is the good wifi! Definitly recommend this accomodation!

Reviewed By Antony PWe stayed here when we first arrived in Sri Lanka and again on our last night. The appartments we had were great, well appointed, large and comfortable with well equipped kitchens. A great breakfast in a nice outdoor setting. The location is great for proximity to the airport. Plenty of eating spots to choose from. Not far from the beach. Host Sheehan is charming and helpful; he organised a good car and excellent driver for our 20'day tour. We did shop around first and found his rate as good as any we tried.

Reviewed By jandrabacioEl apartamento es muy cómodo, dispone de todo lo necesario. La terraza es impresionante, te sientes como en casa. La ubicación es lo único a mejorar pero si dispones de vehículo o no te importa andar unos 10 minutos hasta el centro es ideal.

Reviewed By Tony FHighly recommended place to stay in a Negombo. Owner and staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Good breakfast. Provided Sri Lankan breakfast knowing I preferred that!! Clean, big rooms, good bathroom with hot water. Good WiFi. Comfortable bed, pillows and white linen. Nice small pool and garden. Very well located near restaurants, bars, beach and other big hotels. Will definitely stay there again.

Reviewed By magdalenab34It was our first accomodation in Sri Lanka and it was perfect choice. The place wasn't luxurious, but very cozy and pleasant. The host and service were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, equipped with towels, air condition and mosquito net. Breakfast were delicious - omelette, tosts with butter, tea, coffee and fresh fruit juce. Superb location - close to the best restaurants in Negombo, close to the beach, not far away from the the airport and the train station. It's a nice place at a good price.

Cute quiet Colombo base
Reviewed By amysteadmanThis 2 room B&B is away from the hustle and bustle of Colombo, but all the city spots are easily reachable by tuk tuk. We even walked to a couple of cafes close by. The studio room is spacious, clean and comfortable with a lovely big bed. It also has a little kitchen space with a sink and fridge. The bathroom is light and airy. The hosts are wonderful - so friendly with such good advice on where to visit in Sri Lanka. They also have a very sweet little dog too. The breakfast setting is very cute. And we were extremely well fed with a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast. For anyone self-driving - parking is on the street, which was absolutely fine as it's very quiet. This is a very well-priced nice little B&B.
