Reviewed By Johannes AEinfach drauf losgefahren, ohne vorher was zu buchen. Erst nach Ankunft in Vodice nach Unterkunft gesucht. Wirkte eher unscheinbar jedoch das änderte sich baldigst. Absolut freundlicher Empfang, sehr schöne Gartenanlage mit ausreichend Parkplätzen. Sogar ein kleiner Pool war vorhanden. Das letzte frei Zimmer! Fast neu, ausreichend für 2 Personen 15 qm, tolles Bad mit Regendusche. Und eine tolle Atmosphäre, obwohl das Haus fast im Zentrum von Vodice liegt. Der kleine Balkon mit Blick in den Garten wahr urgemütlich. Zum Stadtstrand waren es zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten und in das Zentrum max. 10 Minuten. Tolle Gastgeber, tolles Haus, saubere Zimmer, was will man mehr. Absolut zu Empfehlen!!

Reviewed By marionp209Wir waren schon mehrmals im Tomka. Für unsere Bedürfnisse ideal. Großzügiges Appartement mit schöner Dachterrasse mitten in Vodice. Direkt gegenüber der Hafen. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, der Eigner ein ganz netter Kerl! Kann ich jederzeit empfehlen

A nice apartment near the sea
Reviewed By Ioana PThe apartment was in a house which wasn't finished, but we didn't mind because inside it was very modern, new, IKEA style. I appreciated a lot the position of the apartment, which is located 2 minutes away from the sea. The beach was pebble and very crowded. But everywhere are advantages and disadvantages. The apartment is on a very narrow street, where our car hardly could fit in. I was surprised when I entered in it and I saw a bowl of fresh figs on the table in the kitchen. They were from the figs tree from the garden. I didn’t eat anytime figs but they tasted great. Anita was very kind and friendly and she explained us a lot of things about Vodice. I liked very much the tortoise which she showed us. It was a nice experience in Vodice!

Super apartement, goede ligging, rustig
Reviewed By Arankav2Wij hadden het appartement op de begane grond. Groot genoeg voor 2 personen met 1 grote slaapkamer. Jongste zoon sliep op slaapbank in kamer. Oudste zoon is voor paar dagen overgevlogen en sliep op luchtbed in keuken. Groot balkon met zonnenscherm. Leuk en netjes ingericht. Mochten de fietsen lenen van Bozena, wat ook een supergastvrouw is. Fijn zwembad. Strand op 100 m afstand. Supervakantie gehad.

Reviewed By ciastko89Pokoje czyste, zadbane, klimatyzacja działa, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Pralka, zmywarka, żelazko, suszarka, ręczniki - wszystko do dyspozycji gości. Mieliśmy apartament z widokiem na morze. Jedynie do czego mozna sie przyczepić to grill, jest ale nie ma gdzie usiąść obok niego więc grilowalismy szybko i wracaliśmy na taras zjeść. Do miasta/na plazę ok 15 minut spacerkiem. W mieście targowisko ze świeżymi owocami morza, rybami.

Reviewed By Joe MStayed in a one bedroom apartment in this apartment complex for four nights. It was extremely clean, well maintained and fully equipped to handle a lengthy stay. Wifi was strong and the air conditioning was excellent especially with the heat that we experienced. Suzanna our host was so helpful allowing us to use the washing machine and dryer which was a bonus. There is a konzul (supermarket) and an awesome bakery 200m from the the villa. Bus stop is an easy 7 min walk and the city centre and beach with restaurants and cafes is a 5 minute walk. If u want a quality stay in Vodice out of the hustle and bustle of the noisy café culture then this is a place u need to consider. We had an awesome stay. Highly recommended.

In the beautiful flower courtyard for our guests,at their disposal there is a large grill. We offer our guests a home-made quality wine and brandy. All apartments are air conditioned and fully equipped with all appliances, satellite TV and free internet access. Each apartment has a large terrace. We look forward to seeing you!

Reviewed By Dmitryspb304Отдыхали в этих апартаментах три дня в начале сентября 2017 г. Очень понравилось, особенно душевное отношение хозяев. Первое, что немного удивило - нашу машину уже ждали, и подъезжая к домику, обратил внимание на мужчину, показывающего на парковку. Спросил - Апартс Станчич?, - и оказалось, что это именно они. Парковка тут же у домика, было два свободных места. Тут же подошла хозяйка, которая хорошо говорила по-русски. Тут же заселились, в двухкомнатный номер. Окна лоджии выходили в сторону моря. И пусть моря виден был небольшой кусочек (виден на фото), это тоже было хорошо. Окна спальной выходили на улицу, но мы их закрыли ставнями. Шум ночью не докучал нам, сон был очень хорошим. На мини-кухне было практически всё, что нужно. Если к чему и была претензия, так это к расположению телевизора - он был расположен очень низко, внутри барной стойки. То есть сидя за столом, его практически не видно. Каналы были только хорватские, но нам это было всё равно, у телевизора были цифровые входы, и USB, и HDMI. Соседей мы совершенно не слышали, то есть звукоизоляция была вполне на уровне. От моря апартаменты расположены совсем недалеко, метров 150 пешком. И то, если бы можно было пройти напрямую, то было бы ещё ближе. Пляж нормальный, даже есть на берегу сосны, под которыми можно спрятаться от знойного солнца, только такие места нужно занимать заранее. Недалеко находятся два крупных отеля, со своим развлечениями. Напротив апартаментов есть неплохая коноба (ресторанчик), где можно было заказать блюда из определенного набора по меньшей цене. И готовят там очень хорошо. Да, забыл упомянуть, что по приезду хозяйка презентовала нам бутылку домашнего вина, которое мы с удовольствием выпили. А мы в ответ дали хозяйке сувенир "из Санкт-Петербурга" - плитку тёмного шоколада. Все остались довольны:) Если соберёмся ещё раз в Водице, то с выбором будущего места, где остановиться, у нас уже не будет проблем, мы своё место нашли.
