Reviewed By franciscavc1The appartement was spacious, well equipped and very quiet. It has a with a nice view over the valley. Although english was a bit difficult, the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The private onsen was very nice and relaxing after a day of visiting the area.

Reviewed By takebootan３連休初日の夜なのに10日前に予約ができたのはラッキー。戸建ての貸し別荘が9000円？目を疑いましたが、いざ玄関をくぐって本当にびっくり。スゴイきれい・・・女性オーナーの気配りが行き届いたレイアウトで、欲しいものが欲しい場所にある。うーん、これって道楽でないとできないというか、もうけ重視ではできないなあって思いました。とにかくどこも清潔。キッチンには新しいＩＨ，ホットプレートや加湿器もオーブントースターも完備って感激ですよね。さらに畳の部屋にはホットカーペットが敷かれ、大きなＴＶも。下田駅までは車で10分くらい。どなたかの口コミで「友達の家みたい」とありましたが、本当に商売を超えた暖かいオーナーの心配りが伝わるお部屋です。

Reviewed By DYA717Nicely located, quiet neighborhood. An easy walk from the Atami train station but I would suggest a 700-yen cab ride if toting a heavy suitcase(s) back to the station. Two nice shopping/dining arcades near station. 5-7 minute walk to/from beachfront where you'll find a 7-Eleven and a Jonaathan's (Dennys-like) 24-hr restaurant. I had a 2nd floor, small Japanaese tatami room. No view to speak of but comfortable. The apartment was furnished with cooking utensils, plates, flatware, stove, fridge, microwave oven, etc. The rooftop onsen was being refurnished so it wasn't available. Some English staff available.

Reviewed By mychan13とにかく価格が安く駅近でスーパーもあるので便利でした！連泊するにはキッチンも付いてるのでおすすめです！ ただ、エアコンから変な音がずっとしていたり、シャワーの勢いがなく、お湯が出るのも制限があるため冬には少し不便かと思いました。部屋の匂いも少し気になったため少し残念でした…
