Reviewed By PredragTbgd- Petra and Claudia drove us to the apartment on the first day from the parking lot, but also returned us to the parking lot on the last day. They were helpful for everything we needed. - Porta Antica has the most beautiful balcony in old town, overlooking the sea, which is only 20m away. - In addition to the apartment, we were provided with a top breakfast at the Adriatic Hotel, 50m from the apartment. - The location is in the center, close to the best restaurants and malls from where the lines go to the islands of St. Catherine and St. Andrew (Red Island). - Rovinj is an ideal location for accommodation if you want to tour Istria (Pula, Brioni, Umag, Porec, Opatija, wineries ...), everything is a short distance away.

But the best part was the free bike use! We spent all day touring around town and up and down the coastal paths. Recommend!!

Reviewed By MerlinltZorzetti 3, Apartment No.5 Walking time to the old town on or about 10 minutes. The pictures shown on their website represent their renovated apartments. Unfortunately, we were given an apartment which needs to be renovated, we booked it based on the pictures that were shown on booking.com. Aircon was only provided in the living room (this was not mentioned in the property description) if your bedroom is facing the corridor it will be hot in the summer. To be fair, owner and housekeeper are nice people, but I felt cheated because when I booked it, i was expecting a modern & renovated apartment.

Apartment Has all essential Amenities & great view from the big windows looking at the ocean.Apartment is in the Pedestrian Zone And walking distance to all attractions.Bed Room is in the back , so very peaceful at night.

Reviewed By Alen KWe were very pleased with accomodation in apartments Kimi. Everything is very clean, modern and well organized and the owners are very friendly and helpful. I would definetely recommend staying at Kimi. It is fairly close to the beach(around 900m) in a nice quiet neighbourhood.

Room is simple but nicely decorated (3/5) and bedding comfortable (4/5), though a little low and short. Main concern was the very little place for luggage and clothes (1/5). Air conditioning was working fine since it was very hot and being the room little, a bit too warm, but still we managed to feel comfortable (3/5). Pity the bed is far from the window opening on the nice little balcony with sea view, that is great to relax staring at the sea (4/5). In the room there is also a flat TV screen and fridge, as well as a table. Bathroom is modern, very clean and comfortable, with WC and excellent shower (4/5). Breakfast is very good (5/5) with variety of sweet and salted food, that can be also consumed in the veranda or garden, making it a very relaxing experience. Property and personnel are very nice, helpful and informative (5/5); just remember that to check out you need to pay cash in kunas or euros. Parking is not too big but we managed to find place; otherwise you should try on the public street elsewhere. To sum it up it is a nice place but rooms could be more comfortable with space to store clothes and luggage. Don't really know if I'd spend more than 2-3 days, despite everything was ok, whilst personnel and breakfast were indeed excellent.

Reviewed By 626geoff2018La Carera is a quaint, two storied apartment five minutes from the bus depot and close to the picturesque harbour. The apartment offers a quiet retreat, although situated in a pedestrian area amongst shops in the old town. The upstairs bedroom is spacious, with wood beams and plaster render. Downstairs the entrance opens onto a well equipped but small kitchenette and dining area and a snug and comfortably furnished lounge room that overlooks the street. The whole apartment has a warm and homey character. However, without doubt, its greatest assets are Claudia and Petra, who combine to offer a level of support and assistance unsurpassed in our travel experience. On one occasion Claudia closed the office to help us work out a problem at the laundromat. After hours on another occasion, she came to the apartment to replace a power fuse. Their advice on restaurants, tours and local facilities was always excellent.

Reviewed By KoechinWe arrived there in the afternoon. The owner greeted us friendly. He voluntarily gave us the city map of Rovinj and explained us where to go, free parkings for the city and the beach. He took his time to let us know about Rovinj. He is very friendly and helpful. The guest house is about 15 minutes walk from the center of the city. We could find parkings easily near the guest house any time of the day. There was a bakery about 150 meter away, we bought simple bread, croissant for breakfast. There is also a big supermarket, Lidl and cafe. The location was really convenient. We would definitely come back to this guest house again.
