Reviewed By MennoVRWe stayed in one of the Bricco Suites during the last week of May. It was a great stay. Recommended! Our apartment was on the third floor Yes, stairs, but it's an old building. Nothing can change that. The apartment was great. Large living room and kitchenette, large bedroom with a good-size double bed. The shower is fantastic. As said, it's in an old building, but the interior is completely up-to-date and modern. Hanover Street is a busy, lively street with tons of restaurants, small shops etc. So there's traffic, there's noise. You can not get around that. We didn't mind. It's part of staying in a lively neighbourhood like the North End. If you want peace and no sound, well, then you shouldn't book a Bricco Suit. And honestly, after midnight, it's quiet. It was our first stay, but hopefully not our last.

Reviewed By norderfcGood location and quiet. Grounds and building could use some updates. Unit was better and had everything needed for a week stay. Nice pool and hot tub. Tennis court unusable. About a mile from major Ptown action, a couple closer restaurants. Very walkable and bikeable.

Reviewed By EWKtravellerRooms were large and clean. Resort is right on a main road with lots of traffic but in a good location to explore Cape Cod. . We would go back again but are restricted by their 1 in 3 policy. We think this policy with many of the resorts is unfair given all the fees we pay to below to RCI.

Great option for visiting Tufts
Reviewed By oesrnGreat hotel for Tufts University drop off! Near shops like Target, Bed Bath & Beyond plus good supermarkets. New bedding and towels for your student can be washed at the hotel. (Laundry facilities are on 9th floor - 2 washers and 4 dryers which cost about $2 for each cycle.) Room is comfortable with a tiny kitchen - just a one burner stove but full size fridge. Dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent supplied. TV includes streaming options. Great shower with good temp and water pressure. Nice staff. Only negative is parking. There are few spots at hotel property so if you arrive in the evening or are unlucky, you will park in a garage across the street. It’s easy to access and has security. Hotel is about 15 minute drive from airport with no traffic.

It’s great for one night or an extended time period, like if you’re moving or hear for work. Full fridge, washer and dryer, stove, microwave, and dishwasher with dishes included! What really made my stay great was the staff; Mark, Jared, Dee, dulca, provi, and Bill. They treated me with so well, you can tell everyone who works here really wants you to enjoy your stay. Everything was well maintained. Pros: great location- just beautiful, cross one street and you are on a private beach Rooms-Clean as a whistle! Friendly, helpful staff Great price point Great set up -Fire pit, two pools Quiet- we didn’t have any noise issues at all Cons: Sheet situation- bottom sheet and pillow cases were crisp, white, good to go. Top sheet and coverlet on bed were faded, worn and dinghy. Let me be clear- they were clearly CLEAN, just very worn out. The stark contrast between them and the pillowcases and bottom sheet made it very noticeable. That’s literally the only con we experienced.

wonderful place
Reviewed By GiantfanlenWE come to brewster Green basically every year in January or February. It is a wonderful place with units that are like little homes, each well maintained, large, and always clean and updated. The location is pretty central for Cape Cod but nothing is immediately around the location, but Orleans or Brewster is only less than 10 miles away. We love the Cape at this time of year. Most places are open and are thrilled to have people frequent their establishments. We had some snow while we were there and a path from our front door to our car was immediately there and salt was put down to ensure no ice. We can't wait until next year to visit again.

Quaint Comes To Mind
Reviewed By Judi BIt is a small but quaint resort. It was very clean and updated. We had a 2 BR unit which was spacious. We didn't spend much time at the resort as we traveled over to martha's vineyard. There is not a lot to do at the resort so if you the type that loves to hang at the resort for its amenities and activities, this isn't for you. If you want somewhere clean, friendly, adn in a good location - it fits.
