AMAZING STAY
Reviewed By Shar0nG2014This was an amazing place to stay, it was spotlessly clean, the amenities were great which included a gym, a sauna, a hot tub, there was a communal kitchen even though each apartment had their own kitchen, here you were able to get ice, coffee and drinks from the fridge (drinks were based on an honesty box), it was in a lovely quiet location, the family and staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was luggage storage available. This is our third visit to Cavtat and when we come back again, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Reviewed By Mikhail SThe apartment is a modern five-story building with 10 separate apartments and 1 penthouse. The view from the windows and balconies makes it possible to enjoy every minute the gorgeous view of the town and sea bay. Moreover, it worthy to be the publications in the "National Geographic". There is a parking lot nearby for 5-6 cars, a small swimming pool with an area for 10-12 beach loungers. The rooms are spacious and clean. Air conditioners and water heaters work well. The room has a small kitchen with various kitchen utensils. We cooked both fish and meat ourselves without any problems. The premises are cleaned daily and thoroughly. The owner of these apartments, Natasha, not only organizes the provision of everything necessary, but also personally monitors the cleanliness. I really want to thank her for her good attitude to the guests, and to us personally. Thanks to her, our vacation turned out to be so wonderful and unforgettable! In addition to a large number of pluses, there are a couple of minuses. The apartments are located quite high on a hill, and each time you have to climb for 5-7 minutes with all your shopping stuff. Two small grocery stores are faraway. However, this applies to almost all areas of the city.

Reasonably clean, good AC, fridge, stove etc. Up a hill from the waterfront but a quick walk. Breakfast was served outside on a terrace, just us for a few days! Lots of food with variety. Close to DBV so a good choice to depart from!

Reviewed By f5medialabGorgeous view and a very quiet neighborhood near Cavtat center. You can hear the birds singing and the sunsets are amazing. Only thing missing in the apartment are blackout curtains and a firmer mattress. Would also of been nice to have some english tv channels besides BBC news. I did prefer Cavtat to Dubrovnik which I found crowded with lot of tourists. I do recommend this apartment.

Good value for money, clean place and friendly host
Reviewed By Monika WGreat value for money and clean place to stay 15 mins walk to Cavtat. Kitchen was well equipped so it was easy to have breakfast in the morning. Very friendly host and little English didn't bother us much. Hot water was not working on the first day so it is good my husband is a builder so managed to fix it. We couldn't get hold of our host so would be without hot water otherwise. Room was on a very small side comparing to three other hotels we stayed at during our Eastern Europe holidays.

Holiday in cavtat
Reviewed By SuemarklowWe really enjoyed our stay at the Villa Voinic. When we arrived because it was early season and not many people were there, they gave us another room for nothing and even left us a can of larger each. The rooms were lovely, one overlooking cavat and the sea in the distance. The pool was lovely and just been filled. The family were really welcoming and extremely good hosts. If you have mobility issues the hill is quite steep to get down into Cavtat, but there are always taxis available at a reasonable costs to take you right to the apartment door.

Reviewed By AshlingMcGHad the most amazing time here with my family in August...the apartment was amazing-spotless and very well equipped-washing machine microwave toastie machine dishwasher and all other essentials. The pool was perfect we had it to ourselves all week...my son loves it! The beach is about 15 mins walk and gorgeous...only thing is it’s rocky not sandy! Uber service was amazing and very cheap! We were met by Nic at airport and then at the apartment were given a choice of two apartments. The lady who met us had beer juice and chocolates. Mid way through the week the man who owns it gave us a beautiful bottle of red wine. He also BBQ’d for us a night which was very kind of him. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in villa bingo and Cavtat is beautiful and very chilled....just what we needed. Thank you

Stunning views
Reviewed By mikemcdowell2014We stayed on the upper floors of the super apartment complex and were immediately impressed with the wonderful view of the harbour. Well connected to the bus service to Dubrovnic, this apartment came fully fitted with spacious rooms and balcony. Family run we were picked up by the owners Son in a seamless transfer. Very friendly hosts. First night we went into Cavtat for some provisions and navigated a steep hill with heavy bags only to find out there was a supermarket around the corner....lesson learnt The property is on a hill and is a fair climb up steep steps but also has and easier path which is a bit longer for the less able. The views are worth the effort and sitting watching the sun go down with a glass of wine is a must do. We recommend the Red Coral

Perfect Covid Holiday
Reviewed By StevenS434There are only 3 or 4 apartments here so was always lovely and quiet. The first few days we had the pool area completely to ourselves & even on the last couple of days when all apartments were full there was plenty of space for everyone on the one occasion we all happened to be there. Pero is a great host who goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best it can be. Always on hand to answer any questions etc. He speaks perfect English and seems genuinely interested when he speaks to you. There is a little shop just at the top of the hill from the apartment about 5 mins walk and it’s about 15 mins walk in to the main part of Cavtat where all the restaurants are or Ubers are about for a cheap air conditioned alternative! Life saver in the Croatian sun! Before arriving we had pre booked an early table at a restaurant so we could catch the sunset but it turns out one of the best places to see the sunset in Cavtat is from your balcony at Villa Algeria! One last little tip...there is a fridge in the little room by the pool shower to keep drinks in. Unfortunately we only spotted this about 3 minutes before leaving for the airport for our flight home ?
