Reviewed By 5annesophiedCheck in closed after 6pm, damages hallways, tiny pool blocked between buildings, no towels, no soap I booked a parling spot which I was not last minute was not available I received my text the code for the door, it was not working I arrived after 6pm and there is a note the breakfast needed a booking! A joke Lourdes has so many afforadble warm and charming hotels and much closer from the Sanctuaire

Reviewed By vpillo672823Nice place and good stay but services to customers can be better. We enjoy the location close to the new skivall to go to Peyragudes. The vikkage is quiet and restaurants are good. We regret to have to dress the beds and to bring back towels and linen to the reception when leaving.

Reviewed By mena1972Stayed here excellent 5* apartment was spotless exactly same as pics,staff were excellent helpful and very friendly, nothing was a problem for them when it came to help or advise.Kitchen supplied with all cooking utensils that you would need, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave even a dishwasher, views were amazing, short 5 minute walk to Lourdes sanctuary, very central close to everything.

Reviewed By Jon BThis is a nice residence. The welcome was warm, the appartment spotlessly clean and very well supplied with everything you would need for a short stay. The balconies have a great south facing view of the the mountains ans ski runs. Just a short walk down into town for the many bars and restaurants. Comfy beds too.

Great location for access to the best scenery and hikes. Room was a decent size - more like an apartment than a hotel room. Rooms also had individual heaters which was great because it was rather cold when we arrived in Arreau. Hotel combined with carpark is a rather confusing but also quirky lay-out! Would recommend.

Centrally located but expensive
Reviewed By WimCrusioQuiet residence offering small apartments, that are about the size of a standard US hotel room. Clean and centrally located. No frills. Either you clean the apartment on checkout day or you pay a hefty cleaning fee on top of the already high rental fee. The Internet was free, but so excruciating slow as to be useless.

Apartment gave us terrible allergies within minutes of arrival
Reviewed By michaellawrieThe apartment we stayed in smelled musty and had some kind of allergen problem, perhaps from mold or dust. Both my wife and I had terrible allergies which made it almost impossible to tolerate our stay. Your mileage may vary as not everyone is allergic to the same things, but this was a huge problem for us. We slept with all the windows open in a partially successful attempt to reduce the allergic effects. I was also surprised that the expectation was for us to clean (like vacuum, mop floors, clean surfaces, etc) upon departure or pay an extra 50€. That may be typical for apartment style rentals in France, but for me this was annoying— I don’t go on vacation to mop floors. I was so incensed by this experience that I created a trip advisor account just to vent. The hosts were quite friendly so I feel bad leaving such a negative review, but the allergy thing critically needs to be addressed.

Reviewed By mxtytteStayed here during a 4 day cycling trip with 2 buddies. Apartment was perfectly suited, breakfast available, bike storage, good parking and within walking distance from center of Bagnères and within cycling distance from Tourmalet, Aspin and many other climbs.
