This hotel is ideally situated, some 10 min walk from the beautiful Colmar center. It has its parking lot (around 12 Euros per night), but you can find free parking (on white parking places) just down the side street. Room was nice with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. I think hotel caters for longer stays on a self catering basis, but we used it only for one night. Didn't have breakfast as it was pretty much expensive and very average what we saw was served, so had it on Marche Couvert which was more authentic and delicious. Pool was nice, but open only from 10 AM which is very odd. Size is fair and it is heated so it's pleasant to swim.

If you have a night to spend in Mulhouse this is definitely a good choice. Cheap, rooms with option for cooking. It is an older hotel and I definitely would not stay here more than a night or 2. You can walk into the old city (about 15 minutes) and there is good parking. The breakfast is from 7 till 9 and unlike some hotels, they keep replenishing the buffet even close to 9.

The staff was nice and friendly. They gave us good tips to explore around The location was perfect to explore Basel and there is parking next to the building. The room carpet was not very clean but the rest of the room was correct

Very nice hotel in a wonderful an quiet location within walking distance to main attractions. Easy access to the Marche couvert -10 min. walk and 600 m from station gare Colmar. The studio-room is nice and clean, with equipped mini kitchenette (kettle, toaster, both super tidy and nice), great bathroom and balcony, very comfortable offers plenty of space and facilities to be self sufficient throughout your stay and the location of the building just a short 8 minute walk to “La Petite Venise”. Swimming pool was a plus too. We had a great stay.

One of the prettiest villages in France and home to the Alsace wine growing region. The typical Alsace architecture and hilly countryside with vineyards - a short cycle ride to the village centre with bike hire available at the residence.
- beds are not of this time anymore; short, small, hard; low quality + great location close to beautifull winefields + beautiful pool, covered, clean and reasonable warm + Nice small palygroud for small kids (up to age 4 or 5) + biggen kids have great playground in village + own park spot in covered garage + daalt sale of fresh bread and croissants at residence

Holiday Apartments in a magnificent geographic location in the heart of green Alsacian vineyards.
We stayed at the villa that is part of the Kanzel residence complexe but conveniently located at the end of the domain, on a hill with a splendid view on the valley and its vineyards. It has a private large deck with a jacuzzi that overlooks the valley and there is nothing better than enjoying a glass (or two) of wine from that spa watching the sunset. There are multiple trails directly around the villa that allow wonderful walks across the vineyards. The domain is also perfectly located to visit the area. For instance, the beautiful villages of Riquewihr and Ribeauvillé are at a few minutes drive. The main city of Colmar with shopping malls and supermarkets are at a 15 minutes drive. The villa itself is quite large, very clean and with nice furnitures. One room has two single beds and a door while the other one has a double bed (but 2 single mattresses) and no door. The bathroom is quite large with a bathtub and a separated shower. There is also an additional toilet. To improve this already impressive place, we would suggest to complete the kitchen équipement (limited cooking tools) and upgrade the internet connection that is quite slow.

We stayed in the apartment with the terrace and it was fabulous. The owner, Marie, was so helpful, communicative and kind. The apartment has everything you would need for a great stay - I mean everything. It was the best equipped apartment I have ever stayed in. The location is perfect, the apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. There are shops and restaurants nearby and it’s a short walk to the main shopping & restaurant area. There is an information folder in the apartment that is full of helpful advice, contacts & things to do. We arrived by train & took a cab to the apartment. The station is about 15 minutes walk. I cannot recommend this place enough as somewhere to stay. Colmar is a lovely town with loads of restaurants from ‘normal’ to Michelin star. There are so many places to visit and this great apartment is an excellent base.

Hesitated about the stars to give this as there is a huge amount of good at the property but in the end, would I recommend it to my friends? No, I couldn't. First the good - free parking, just by hotel Great location - well, for us anyway. A stopover driving North through France and close enough to come back to after spending the day at Riquewihr. Very good bar in the village 5 minutes walk away with superb food.(Au Chasseur Alpin) Great facilities - sauna, steam room (closed for repairs when we were there but these things happen), fantastic large indoor pool. Free pool table, table tennis, fussball and indoor gym Excellent staff - efficient helpful barman (who sorted out noise problems - more on him later!), warm, friendly and helpful reception - they opened up the bar to make us coffees for a quick start when we were leaving, rather than having to go to restaurant for breakfast. Sounds idyllic right? Unfortunately it is a hotel really aimed at coach parties rather than individual families. 2 coach parties were there whilst we were there and dominated the place. I don't blame them and they were having a whale of a time but it was wasn't really for everyone else. We had already chosen not to eat in the dining room and were very glad we hadn't as we came back to the hotel to see that it was rammed and there was a party going on in there - they had moved on to what sounded like drinking songs and were bellowing them out. Again, more power to their elbow but not for individual families. The bar had been taken over by a coach group and a disco - again they were having a fantastic time but unfortunately our room was directly overhead and there was no sound proofing. When we realised this we wanted to change rooms but found that there was no-one on reception or managing the hotel after 7pm. The noise was incredibly loud and meant that no-one other than the coach party involved felt welcome in the bar as it was obviously a private party. The barman originally told me it would finish at 11pm but eventually we went to complain at nearly midnight and he made the DJ switch off at that point. (not willingly) Our rooms were 241 and 242 so avoid the corrider from around 230-250 to make sure you're away from the noise! I got the feeling that this is most nights from what another guest was saying at reception. This is all fine but we should have been warned - reception didn't tell us that there was a disco that night directly below us. Rooms not huge or in best condition but we knew that we weren't getting the hotel's best rooms as booked late. Wifi only in public areas - not a major problem for us but upset the teens!
